Great 6 bedroom - 4 bath executive villa (A/C) with swimming pool near Saint Tropez

This large one-story executive fully Air Conditioned villa with garden and swimming pool is located in la Plan de la Tour, near Saint Tropez. It can accommodate 10/12 people. The layout is as follows : You have access to the property through a large veranda opening onto the garden and the terrace, with a sofa and a large dining table. The spacious living room is tastefully decorated and has a fireplace. It is furnished with two large sofas, a coffee table, built-in cupboards and equipped with a stereo and a satellite TV (English satellite) with DVD and CD player. The lounge opens onto a large terrace facing the garden. Next to the Living room you will a large dining room opening onto the same terrace. It is furnished with a large rectangle dining table and a large bookshelf. The large separate kitchen, ideally equipped with all necessary utensils and house ware opens onto a second terrace (north exposed). It is equipped with a stove and electric induction plates, an extractor, a large refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, coffee maker and a toaster... There is a small room with washer and dryer. Six bedroom are available each open onto the garden which makes this property a very agreeable place to live in. The first bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with bedside tables, a sofa and a built in closet. There is an en-suite bathroom with a washbasin, a tub, a French bidet and a toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with king size bed, a wardrobe and a desk There is an en-suite bathroom with a double washbasin and a shower. The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a sofa. There is a en-suite bathroom with a stall-shower, a tub and a double washbasin. Three other additional bedrooms are available : One with twin beds and a chest of drawers, one (small) with a double sofa bed, a TV and a DVD (ideal for a baby sitter) and one (for youngsters) with 4 single beds (2 set of bunk beds). These rooms share a bathroom with nice teak floor and colorful tiles composed of a stall-shower, a double washbasin and a toilet. There is are 2 separate toilets. Outside : ========== You will enjoy the private swimming pool (very private environment) with original blue tiles and security access as well as the large enclosed garden planted with a lovely Olive orchard, trees and lawn. Some garden furniture is available. Neighborhood: The house is on the outskirts of the typical Provencal village of Plan de la Tour, a few kilometers from Sainte Maxime. The village is surrounded by vineyards and olive grooves. Main shops can be found in Plan de la Tour. You will be able to get to Sainte Maxime, Saint Tropez, Ramatuelle or La Garde Freinet within a few minutes drive. Access : The property is located only 19 kilometers from the mythic village of Saint-Tropez. For the beach, you can go to Sainte Maxime but also the famous Bay of Pampelonne 20-30 minutes drive. The magic of Saint-Tropez is still very much alive today and what makes this famous village charming is not easy to pinpoint. The Chapel Saint Anne or the Citadel dating from the late 16th century (Religious Wars) are worth a look. Not to be missed as well in the center of Saint-Tropez, the church of Notre-Dame de l'Assomption built in 1784 in a lovely Italian style. Of course Saint-Tropez also owes its reputation to its ultra-famous nightlife. Access : There are several ways of arriving at Saint-Tropez. The closet expressway exit is Le Muy on the A8. Then the departmental road 25 crosses the Maures Hills and leads to Sainte-Maxime. But you have to drive through Sainte-Maxime, which can be a nightmare during summertime. The other solution is the road crossing the Maures Hills via La Garde-Freinet. If you are coming by plane, the "Toulon/Hyères Airport" is approximately 40-45 minutes drive away, and has daily domestic flights from/to Paris, where most international flight connections are made through.
