Elegant 2 bedroom Apartment in Beausoleil - Near Monaco
|
This 2 bedroom apartment of about 60 sqm is located in the heart of the small town of Beausoleil near Monaco - Montecarlo. This accommodation is on the 1st French floor of a well maintained building equipped with an intercom system and an elevator.
The living room is furnished with a double convertible sofa-bed, a round dining table seating 4 a cupboard and a TV. It is decorated by a large mirror. A window opens onto the street.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with four electric burners, an oven, a refrigerator / freezer, a toaster, a dishwasher and a washing machine.
The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a small bench and a wardrobe. There is a window opening onto a small courtyard and the street.
The second bedroom is off the living room and has a window opening onto the street. It is furnished with two single beds (also used as sofas), a coffee table and 3 wardrobes.
The bathroom has a bathtub shower, a washbasin with mirror and a toilet.
The apartment is fortunately situated in the small town of Beausoleil, only 10 minutes walk from Monte-Carlo Casino and 15 minutes walk from the beach. The main street of the town, and all shopping, is just steps away. The apartment itself is a few blocks only from the famous town of Monte Carlo. With a car, Italy is only 15-20 minutes away.
Nice, 20 minutes drive away, nestled amidst hills and tucked into the unrivalled setting of the Baie des Anges", is famous for its liveliness and its dynamism. It is also, after Paris, the city that boasts the higher number of Museums in France: among others, the Chagall Museum and the Matisse Museum. But Nice is also a real melting pot: the city has preserved numerous traces of its eventful past and the diversity of its architecture shows how numerous were the worldwide influences. The Nice train station is served by the TGV (the "Train Grande Vitesse," only five and a half hours from Paris). The international airport (Nice-Côte d'Azur), situated 20-25 minutes drive from the apartment, has been built on land reclaimed on the sea. It offers daily flights to/from New York. Otherwise most international flight connections are made through Paris. With a car, Italy is only 30 minutes away from the apartment.
