Simple & Comfortable villa with garden in Toulon - Le Mourillon

The 70 M2 1950s House is located in Toulon - Le Mourillon, near the beach. It it can accommodate 4 people.
You have access to the house via the garden.
The living room is furnished a double convertible sofabed, armchairs, a coffee table and a built-in closet. The living room has a window opening onto the garden. It is equipped with a TV.
The separate kitchen is equipped with most necessary cooking utensils.
There is a stove with 4 gas burners, a refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a toaster and a coffee maker. It is furnished with a cupboard and a dining table. There is a direct access to the terrace and the garden.
The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed with a bedside tables and a desk.. There is a window facing the garden.
The second bedroom is furnished for with two single beds and a wardrobe.
There is a window opening onto the garden and a decorative fire-place.
The bathroom is all tiled, it has a tub and a washbasin. There is a separate toilet.
The villa is surrounded by a small encloded garden and you will enjoy its terraces.
You can park your car in the property.
Neighborhood :
Le Mourillon is a very safe and residential area of Toulon by the coast.
The house is just a stone throw from the coast and the beach. The closest sandy beach is only 5 mn walk.
Toulon is a large city by the Mediterranean sea with a famous military harbor. The Var district offers a large diversity of landscapes from beaches to Provence in the Haut Var District (Gorges du Verdon).
Access :
80 km from Marseilles, 100 km from Nice.
You can get to Toulon by road (motorways) or by train (TGV). You can also fly to Marseilles or Toulon-Hyeres airport.
