Quiet and simple one bedroom apartment in the heart of Aix en Provence city.

The apartment is located on the 1st French floor of a four floors building, rue des Cordeliers, in the historic center of Aix en Provence. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
The layout is as follows :
The living room is furnished with a double convertible sofa-bed, a shelf, a TV, a desk and a dining table seating four. There are 2 windows opening onto the street.
The open kitchen is equipped with 2 electric hot plates, a small electric oven, a refrigerator and a microwave oven. It has most necessary cooking utensils
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a large built-in closet.
There is are two windows opening onto the street.
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin and a tub. There is a separate toilet.
At the entrance of the apartment is a small room with a washing machine.

You will appreciate the central location of this apartment and enjoy the peaceful life of the lovely city of Aix en Provence. All kinds of shops and restaurant are in the immediate vicinity.
Aix en Provence in Bouches du Rhône district, is a very typical town with an historic center.
It is famous for it's landscapes (Cezanne) . The town is less than hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'.
Aix en Provence is also famous for its summer festival (classical and lyric) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (including the southern Alps).
Access :
35 km from Marseilles, 65 km from Avignon.
You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix) . You can also fly through Marseilles Provence Airport (25mn drive).
