Large 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom triplex village house with Swimming pool and garden near Lourmarin -

Located in the heart of a small village of Luberon, near the picturesque villages of Lourmarin & Lauris, this property offers an agreeable enclosed garden with swimming pool. Ground Floor : --------------- Entering the villa you will find the living room to your left and the large kitchen straight ahead. The large living room is furnished with two large sofas and armchairs, a coffee table and a large bookshelf. It is equipped with a satellite TV with English channels, a VCR and a stereo. There are lovely vaulted ceilings. Next is the dining room (also with vaulted ceilings) with a large dining table and a cupboard. There is an open door to the kitchen. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has all necessary cooking utensils. It is equipped with an electric oven, four electric induction plates, a dishwasher, a refrigerator and freezer. There is also a wood stove. Off the kitchen a fully equipped laundry room with washer and dryer, an extra fridge and freezer is available. The staircase gives access to the first French floor. First French Floor : --------------------- The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, a sofa, a desk and a chest of drawers. There are two windows opening onto the garden. The second bedroom on this floor is furnished with queen size bed, a built-in closet and a chest of drawers. There rooms share a large bathroom with a washbasin, a tub and a toilet. The bathroom has a double access (one from each bedroom). The wooden stairs give access to the second French floor. Second French Floor : ---------------------- You access to this floor via a small living space with sofa, wardrobe and bookshelf. From there you have access to a bedroom with king size bed with bed side tables, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There is a small TV and a French window opening onto a private terrace ("tropezienne"). There is a bathroom with a washbasin, a tub and a toilet. A small wooden stair give access to a mezzanine sleeping space with a double bed and two chest of drawers. The mezzanine overlooks the living area from the lower floor. Outside : You will enjoy the garden planted with trees and lawn as well as the large swimming pool and the terrace. The pool is surrounded by a stone wall which is a good security system and gives a lot of privacy although the house is in the heart of the village. Neighborhood - Access : The property is located only 2 kilometers from the village of Lauris & 4 kilometers of Lourmarin. For everyday shopping, there is a supermarket located 800 meters from the house (3 minutes drive). In Lourmarin are many cafés and restaurants. The closest towns are Aix en Provence (35 kilometers distant) and Avignon (40 kilometers). The location is also perfect for local festivals: Salon with its famous Jazz Festival (Château de L'Amperi) is about 30 minutes drive, Avignon and the Theater Festival, Aix en Provence and the Classical Music Festival are about 45 minutes drive, and last but not least: La Roque d'Anthéron and its Piano Festival is only 10 minutes drive away. The famous Sylvacane abbey is also nearby and definitely worth a look! The closest expressway is the A51, exit Pertuis, 20 minutes drive away. The closest train station is at is Aix en Provence - Les Milles, which is served by the TGV (Train Grande Vitesse) that goes to Paris in 3 hours! The closest airport is Marseille - Marignane that has daily flights to Paris or to many other major towns of the world. Or most international connections from France are made through the international airport of Paris-Charles de Gaulle.
