Peaceful two-bedroom house with garden near Saint Paul de Vence.

This joint house with separate access and nice garden is surrounded by nature and overlooks the beautiful surrounding hills and the valley of Saint-Paul. Ground floor : You enter the house through the living room, furnished with a double convertible sofa bed, a coffee table and two armchairs. There is a fireplace, a TV with DVD, a stereo and two large sliding windows opening onto the terrace and the garden. The open kitchen has a sink, 3 gas and 1 electric burner, an electric oven, a refrigerator and freezer and a toaster. There is a cupboard and a rectangle dining table seating 6. The bathroom has a shower and a washbasin. There is a separate toilet. A wooden staircase gives access to the second French floor. First French floor : The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed with bedside tables, a small desk and a built in closet. This room has access to a small private terrace overlooking the garden. The second bedroom is furnished with bedside tables, a built-in closet and a small desk. There is an extra mezzanine sleeping space with a double mattress. There is a window overlooking the garden. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a washbasin and a tub. There is a separate toilet. Outside : The house benefits from a very private environment. You will enjoy the covered terrace with BBQ facilities and the agreeable garden planted with trees and lawn (including a small vegetable garden) with garden furniture. There is a private parking space at the entrance of the house. Neighborhood : The property is located in the outskirts of Saint Paul. Located between mountains and sea, the medieval village of St Paul, from its 60-feet rocky outcrop, overlooks the surrounding landscape, with the Mediterranean sea and the Cap d'Antibes, the Alps and the Esterel Mountains. It is surrounded by ramparts built on the orders of François I°. Vence "City Artists and celebrities", is a lovely town sitting in the fresh air of the hills only a few kilometers from Nice (21 km) and Antibes (20 km). You will find signatures from some of these famous artists at the Fondation Maeght which has a large collection of paintings, sculptures, drawings and other graphic works from the XX°century. The famous village of Vence is only 4 kilometers away. The beaches of Antibes, Cannes and Juan les Pins are situated at about 20-30 minutes distance and the famous Gorge du Verdon, just behind Grasse, also about 30 minutes. Going west Saint-Tropez, Aix en Provence, Bandol and the Island of Bendor are about an hour and half away. Going east, Monte Carlo is about 40 minutes away. The Italian border is 45 minutes drive away. Easy driving not much more than an hour to Ventimiglia, Boghdera and San Remo. Portofino is about a 2 hour drive. Both Milan and Turin about 3 hours. Florence is about 4 hours. If you are traveling by plane, the "Nice-Côte d'Azur International Airport (Nice-Côte d'Azur) has daily flights from/ to the United States and England. Otherwise most international flight connections are made through Paris.
