Quiet 3 bedroom villa with pool and independent studio in Aix countryside

The villa is located on the aisle of a large villa. It can accommodate up to 6 people.
The layout is as follows :
You have access to the property via the back of the villa.
The property is composed of a small indépendant studio and a main house.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a large built-in closet and a chest of drawers.
There is a small kitchenette and a bathroom with a wash-basin and toilet.
You have a direct access to the garden
Main House :

You enter the house via the living room furnished with a sofa, and an armchair.There is a large rectangle dining table.
Next is the open kitchen equipped with 4 gas burners, an electric oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a coffee maker and a dishwasher. It has all necessary cooking utensils.
Two bedrooms are available on this floor, each furnished with a double bed and a French door opening onto the garden.
These rooms share a large bathroom equipped with a double washbasin and a tub. There is a washing machine and a dryer.
There is a separate WC.
First French Floor
The stairs give access to a mezzanine living space with a sofa, a table with armchairs, a large bookshelf and a TV. There are nice exposed beams.
From this room you have access to a bedroom furnished with a double bed, a baby bed, a small desk, a closet and a bookshelf. There are three windows overlooking the garden.
Outside:
You will enjoy the swimming pool, the garden and terrace.
A Private parking space is available. The property is surround by one of the most enchanting landscapes around Aix-en-Provence. The private estate is shared with some neighbors but the is a lot of privacy.
Neighborhood :
Aix en Provence in Bouches du Rhône district, is a very typical town with an historic center.
It is famous for it's landscapes (Cezanne) . The town is less than hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'.
Aix en Provence is also famous for its summer festival (classical) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (including the southern Alps).
Access :
40 km from Marseilles, 65 km from Avignon.
You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix) . You can also fly through Marseilles Provence Airport (15mn drive).
