This spacious 90 sqm one bedroom apartment can accommodate 2/4 people. It is located on the fourth floor of a building facing the sea and overlooking the Albert 1st gardens.
The sea and the Promenade des Anglais are only 200 Meters away.
You enter the apartment via an entrance hall.
The vast marble floor living room is tastefully furnished and has three double windows/doors onto a fabulous breakfast terrace and balcony with spectacular views.
It is furnished with a large convertible sofa-bed and armchairs, a round dining table and a cupboard.
The separated kitchen gives access to a balcony.
The bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed with bedside tables, a large built-in closet and a chest of drawers.
The large bathroom has a washbasin, a teak floored stall shower and a toilet.
There is a separated toilet.

The apartment is close to the Casino Ruhl, Plaza Hotel and the famous rue Paradis.
Taxi station, and the famous Meridien Casino Ruhl only 50 meters away.
The Nice "chic" shopping area, restaurants ,cafés, bars and clubs and casinos are all within a short walking distance, as well as the 'old town' and the famous 'Cours Salaya' typical market place just five minutes walk.
Nice, nestled amidst hills and tucked into the unrivalled setting of the "Baie des Anges", is famous for its liveliness and its dynamism. It is also, after Paris, the city that boasts the higher number of Museums in France; among others, the Chagall Museum and the Matisse Museum. But Nice is also a real melting pot: the city has preserved numerous traces of its eventful past and the diversity of its architecture shows how numerous were the worldwide influences.
The Nice train station is served by the high-speed TGV (the "Train Grande Vitesse," only five hours from Paris). The international airport (Nice-Côte d'Azur), situated 15 minutes drive from the apartment, has been built on land reclaimed on the sea. It offers daily flights to/from New York. Otherwise most international flight connections are made through Paris. With a car, Italy is only 20-30 minutes away.
