This 4 bedroom - 2 bath villa with pool is located in the Alpilles (3 km from Les Baux de Provence) on a 10 hectares olive orchard.

It is built around a nice patio and can accommodate 8 people.

The place is peaceful, restful on offer a lovely views.

The layout is as follows :

The living room is furnished with two large comfortable sofas, a coffee table and large bookshelves. There is a large working fireplace, a TV with VCR and stereo. From the living room, you have access a nice patio, with garden furniture and BBQ.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with 5 gas burners, electric oven, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. All cooking utensils are available.

The dining area is separated from the open kitchen by a nice counter. You also have access to the patio from here.

Bedroom 1 : Queen Size bed, en-suite bathroom and dressing room.

Bedroom 2 : Two single beds, large closet.

Bedroom 3 : Queen size bed, large closet.

Bedroom 4 : Two single beds, large closet.

Bedroom 1, 2 and 3 give access to a private terrace.

Two bathrooms are available. Each with large bathtubs ,washbasin and French Bidet.

There are 2 separate toilets.

There is a laundry room with washing machine and clothesline. From there you also have access to a clothesline at the rear of the house.

You have access to a 8mx4m swimming pool surrounded by a nice garden.(both the pool and the garden are maintained by the owners).

Standing among olive groves this property offers great possibilities for walks in the countryside.

The village of Le Paradou is a few minutes walk away and Les Baux de Provence 3 km away.

The house is in the heart of the mountain range called 'Alpilles'; 45 minutes south of the city of Avignon, 10 minutes from Saint-Rémy de Provence and in the countryside of the beautiful medieval town of Les Baux de Provence.

Within their surroundings, the Alpilles chain of mountains forms both a striking and a harmonious picture. Set in the white rock, high on its promontory, the village of Baux-de-Provence and its old castle overhang a valley filled with olive trees, and vineyards. It is a also rich agricultural area with rolling plains of fruit orchards, olives groves and all variety of Mediterranean vegetables. It is alive with the sound of chirping 'cigales' and the intoxicating aromas of multitude of wild herbs. The olive oil from the Baux valley is worldwide famous. This olive grove has been designated 'Outstanding site for flavor' and produces an olive oil, which has the Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée classification.
