Enchanting 2 bedroom villa with pool in the heart of Saint Remy de Provence

Two Bedroom house in the village of Saint-Rémy de Provence with swimming pool and A/C. This charming house in an enclosed property right on the edge of the village of Saint-Rémy de Provence, 200 meters from the heart of the village. The contemporaneous property has a gate with an intercom system and a swimming pool. It is available as a bed & breakfast accommodation (2 bedrooms are available) or for weekly rentals and can accommodate 4 people. For B&B only breakfast is included but you don't have access to the kitchen. The house is approximately 100 square meters and has two terraces. You enter the property through the living area is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, a lounge table, teak benches and a large bookshelf. There is a satellite TV (TPS channels, including foreign channels). This room has two large bay window opening on each end of the room (garden and teak terrace). There is a large rectangle dining table. The great open kitchen is fully equipped with semi professional gas cooker with grill, an oven, a microwave, American standard refrigerator / freezer with ice dispenser, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a dishwasher. All necessary cooking utensils are available. There is aconvenient a pass through between the kitchen and the dining area. 2 bedrooms with private bathroom are available, each has a large French window opening either onto the garden or onto a large teak terrace. The first bedroom (teak terrace side) has a king sized bed that can be separated into to single beds and a large built-in closet. There is a TV. There is an en-suite bathroom with a washbasin, a stall shower and separated toilet. The second bedroom (Garden side) is furnished with a king sized bed that can be separated into to single beds, a wardrobe, a small desk and a TV. There is an en-suite bathroom with a washbasin, a stall shower and separated WC. You will enjoy the garden planted with flowers and trees. There is a swimming pool with deck chairs. There is a DSL internet access and the whole house has Air Conditioning (through the floor). There is a private parking space in the enclosed garden.(Automated gate) During weekly rentals, the owners live in a small chalet at the back of the property (with separate entrance. You have a lot of privacy). The property is situated 200 meters away from the heart of Saint-Rémy de Provence and 20 minutes drive from Avignon. You can rent bicycles in Saint-Rémy (Route de Cavaillon) or discover the Alpilles horseback riding. An equestrian center in Saint-Rémy organizes tours during summertime. The local market of Saint-Rémy is on Wednesdays and Saturdays. There are plenty of bars and restaurants on the main street going all around the village. The famous ruins of Glanum are nearby : an archeological site from the first century BC. It's definitely worth a look. For paintings lovers, the hospital where Vincent Van Gogh stayed (Cloître Saint-Paul) is also a good excursion for the day. You may even recognize one of the landscapes he drew while he was there. The closest highway is the A7, exit Cavaillon, 20 minutes drive away, that goes from Lyon to Marseille with connections for all major cities of the south east of France. The closest train station is at Avignon and is served by the TGV (Train Grande Vitesse) that goes to Paris in 2 hours and 40 minutes ! The closest airport is Avignon as well with daily flights to Paris. But most international connections are made through the international airports of Marseille-Marignane or Paris-Charles de Gaulle.
