Lovely 4 Bedroom 18th Century Farmhouse with a swimming pool and a garden

Lovely 18th Century Stone 4 bedroom farmhouse in the Ventoux Area of Provence This lovely house with a garden and swimming pool is located in Puymeras, a very peaceful village. It is surrounded by vineyards and nested at the bottom of a hill covered with aromatic herbs. This four bedroom house can accommodate 8 people. This large house benefits from a very private location. The layout is as follows : -GROUND FLOOR : The kitchen with its open fireplace is arranged around a large farmhouse dining table. Next to the open kitchen is a spacious loundge area and living room. Both have access to the sunny courtyard via French doors. The house is fully equipped with all modern amenities including washing machine, dishwasher, gas/electric range, microwave oven, central heating and telephone. - FIRST FLOOR : The stairs give access to four comfortable bedrooms. Each bedroom has a nice view over the garden. You will find a large master bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and an en-suite bathroom. There also a single bedroom and a double bedroom sharing a second bath room, and the fourth bedroom with two single beds. The garden is very peaceful. There is a covered terrace, with a barbecue. The 9mx4.5mx1.1-1.80m swimming pool and the lawn enjoy a sunny orientation (south and west exposure) overlooking the countryside. Neighborhood : Puymeras is a nice village in Vaucluse District, near Vaison la Romaine. This area is famous for it's landscapes of vineyards and olive trees and small villages overlooking the Rhône Valley. You will find many historic cities in this area (Vaison La Romaine, Orange). Very close to the house, you will a very nice Restaurant 'Le Girocèdre', two bistro cafés but also a nice typical bakery. Access : 150 km from Marseilles, 70 km from Avignon and 20 km from Orange. You can get to Visan by road or by train (TGV to Orange). You can also fly to Avignon or Marseilles and drive from there.
