Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath ground floor villa with garden in the Heart of Saint Tropez

This two bedroom / two bathroom apartment is located in the heart of the village, a few steps from all the shops, restaurants, and cafés of Saint-Tropez, two minutes walk from the harbor and the wonderful yachts. This apartment of approximately 75 sqm is on the third and last floor of a prewar walk-up building. There is air-conditioning in the whole apartment and well as a security door. It can accommodate 4/6 people. You enter the apartment through a large living/dining area. Two windows facing a small street provide light in the room. There is a double convertible sofa-bed, armchairs, a lounge table, cupboards, chest of drawers and a round glass table seating 6. There is a TV and a stereo. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, cabinets and countertops : electric induction hotplates, stove, microwave, refrigerator freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washer and dryer. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed with bedside tables and lamps, a chest of drawers and a window opening onto a quiet street. There is a large built-in dressing with mirror windows. The tiled en-suite bathroom has a stall shower, a washbasin with mirror and water closet. The other bedroom is furnished with a pull-out bed (to single beds). There is a built-in closet and a window opening onto the same quiet street. The en-suite bathroom has a tub and shower, a washbasin with mirror and water closet. A parking space can be available upon request at an extra charge as well as a baby bed. The apartment is located a few step away from the famous harbor of Saint-Tropez where you may enjoy the exceptional show of those huge yachts anchored there during the summer. Of course, there is plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. The location of the apartment is also perfect for shopping lovers ! The magic of Saint-Tropez is still very much alive today and what makes this famous village charming is not easy to pinpoint. The Chapel Saint Anne or the Citadel dating from the late 16th century (Religious Wars) are worth a look. Not to be missed as well in the center of Saint-Tropez, the church of Notre-Dame de l'Assomption built in 1784 in a lovely Italian style . If you want to go to the beach, La Bouillabaisse or Les Graniers are nearby. But the most famous beaches are a few kilometers away, in the Bay of Pampelonne. Those 5 kilometers of fine and golden sand was one of the main sites of the Allied Landings in 1944. Nowadays, the Beaches of Pampelonne host something like 25 internationally famous beach concessions. And if you are in the mood, do not miss Saint-Tropez's ultra-famous night life !
