Cosy 2 bedroom 2 bath Apartment in Residence with Shared Pool

This 2-bedroom apartment is located in a private residence with security access and shared swimming pool in a quiet part of Saint-Tropez, entering the village. This accommodation is composed of a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. There is Air Conditioning in the living room. The living room is furnished with a large sofa and a coffee table. It is equipped with a flat screen TV set (satelitte channels). A window opens onto the terrace. Next is the dining area with a round dining table and a window opening onto the garden. The open/ kitchen is equipped with an electric stove and vitro-ceramic hotplates, a dishwasher, an expresso coffee machine, a refrigerator/freezer and a washing machine. It is separated from the living room by a counter with high chairs. The first bedroom has a double bed with bed-side tables and a built in closet. There is an en-suite with a washbasin and a shower. The second bedroom is furnished with two single bunk beds and a built in closet. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a small washbasin and a shower. There is a separate toilet. You will enjoy the small shaded terrace with garden furniture. The Residence has a large swimming pool. A private parking space is available as an option. The property is located on only 800 metres away from the mythic village of Saint-Tropez. For the beach, the famous Bay of Pampelonne is 5-10 minutes drive. The magic of Saint-Tropez is still very much alive today and what makes this famous village charming is not easy to pinpoint. The Chapel Saint Anne or the Citadel dating from the late 16th century (Religious Wars) are worth a look. Not to be missed as well in the center of Saint-Tropez, the church of Notre-Dame de l'Assomption built in 1784 in a lovely Italian style. Of course Saint-Tropez also owes its reputation to its ultra-famous nightlife. There are several ways of arriving at Saint-Tropez. The closet expressway exit is Le Muy on the A8. Then the departmental road 25 crosses the Maures Hills and leads to Sainte-Maxime. But you have to drive through Sainte-Maxime, which can be a nightmare during summertime. The other solution is the road crossing the Maures Hills via La Garde-Freinet. If you are coming by plane, the "Toulon/Hyères Airport" is approximately 40-45 minutes drive away, and has daily domestic flights from/to Paris, where most international flight connections are made through.
