Large Independant Studio with A/C in a villa With swimming pool access - near Montpellier

This large and bright studio is detached from a large villa and has its private terrace and garden space.
You enter the apartment via a large sliding bay window giving a lot of light to the accommodation.
The living space is furnished with a double sofa, a round dining table, a cupboard and a rocking chair. A windscreen separates this space from the sleeping area with a double bed and a wardrobe.
The open kitchen is equipped with 2 electric hotplates, a microwave oven, a refrigerator and freezer. There is a washing machine and an Air Conditioning system. A small window opens onto the garden.
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a shower and a toilet.
Outside :
You will enjoy the private terrace and garden with a large BBQ.
For less than a month rentals only : You will have a shared access to the swimming pool.(shared with the owners).
This apartment is locate in Perols, a small neighbourhood located 15mn drive from the heart of Montpellier.(15km away).
You ca n also access to Montpellier by bus (bus stop nearby the villa).
The beach is just a few minutes away.(700 m from the lovely sandy beach of Carnon - 10 km from La Grande Motte.
Montpellier area offers the greatest sandy beaches in the south east of France.
The "Etang de Perols" is a lagon, also called Etang de l'Or (Gold Lagon).
The house is 200 m from the channel between the River Rhône and Sète.
There are plenty of things to do and see in the region. As a matter of fact, Montpellier remains one of the most dynamic cities of the South East of France. It is the regional center and seat of the department. There you will find an unusual cosmopolitan air: department stores, and luxury shops as well as pedestrian streets in the historical quarter. Many festivals are thrown throughout the year. During the summer, and among others, a theater festival Le Printemps des Comédiens and a Dance Festival are organized. Otherwise, two opera houses host famous symphonic orchestras: the Opera Berlioz and the Opéra Comédie.

There is a quick access to Montpellier Airport.
The Montpellier train station is served by the famous high-speed TGV Train à Grande Vitesse- that gets you to Paris in approximately 4 hours. Montpellier has an international airport but most of the international flight connections are made through Paris-Charles de Gaulle. By car, Spain is only 2 hours away, Avignon and its famous theater festival 1 hour only and the Côte d'Azur 3 hours away. Car rentals can be picked up in Montpellier, at the train station or the airport. However, you'll get the best offers if you arrange for the rental before you leave home.
