The apartment is located on the first French floor of a villa and can accommodate 4 people. It has an independent entrance.
The layout is as follows:
The apartment is composed of a living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a veranda, a terrace and an access to the garden.
The living room is furnished with a sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table.
In the dining area, you will find a round table seating four and a bookcase.
The separate kitchen is equipped with most of the necessary utensils. It has a sink, a refrigerator/freezer, an oven, 4 gas burners, a washing machine, a coffee maker and a toaster.
The first bedroom is furnished with a double double size bed, 2 bedside tables, an armchair and a built-in closet.
In the second room, there is a double size bed and a chest of drawers.
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a shower and a toilet.
Outside:
You can enjoy a covered veranda, a covered terrace and a garden.
The veranda is furnished with a table seating four, a cupboard and 2 armchairs.
It is also equipped with a microwave oven.
From the veranda, a door opens onto the terrace, where you will find another table.
You can access to the garden as your convenience.
The owner who lives on the ground floor has 2 friendly pets.
A parking space is available in the property.
Neighborhood:
The apartment is located 2 minutes drive (10 minutes walk) from the village of Luynes and 4 kilometers south to Aix en Provence. There is a bus stop located 3 minutes walk from the apartment. There is a bus running to / from Aix every 10-15 minutes: you can be in La Rotonde down the Cours Mirabeau in about 15 minutes. For day-to-day shopping, all commodities are nearby: groceries, bakeries, pharmacies, cafés, restaurants ...
Aix en Provence in Bouches du Rhône district, is a very typical town with a rich historic center.
It is famous for it's landscapes (Cezanne) . The town is less than hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'.
Aix en Provence is also famous for its summer festival (classical) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (including the southern Alps).
Access:
35 km from Marseilles, 65 km from Avignon.
You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix) . You can also fly through Marseilles Provence Airport (15mn drive).
