Luxury - Three bedroom in Cannes with A/C and Parking Space

The apartment is located on the second French floor of a four stories building with security system. It can accommodate 6 people and is just a fiew minutes walk from the "Palais des Festivals".
The layout is as follows:
The apartment is composed with a living room, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a terrace. It is fully air-conditioned. A telephone line, restricted to incoming calls, can be used with a prepaid card: there is a phone line in the living room and one in each bedroom.
The living room is furnished with a double size sofa bed, 2 armchairs, a dresser. It is equipped with a cable TV, Wifi ADSL fast wireless internet connection, a VCR, a DVD with DVD library connection, and a stereo with CD player.
A sliding bay window opens onto the terrace.
The dining area is furnished with a rectangular table seating four.
The separate kitchen is equipped with most necessary utensils. It has a sink, a refrigerator/freezer, an oven, a microwave oven, 4 electric induction hotplates, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a toaster, a coffee maker and an electric kettle.
The first bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds, 2 bedside tables, a phone and a built-in closet.
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin and a shower.
There is a separate toilet with a washbasin.
In the second bedroom, you will find a double size bed, 2 bedside tables, a phone and a built-in closet.
The second bathroom has a washbasin and a shower.
The third bedroom is furnished with a double size bed, a phone and a built-in closet. A French window opens onto the terrace.
In the third bathroom, you will find a double washbasin and a tub.
You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board.
The apartment has its own private underground parking space, right underneath the apartment building.
Outside:
The terrace is furnished with a table seating four and 3 deck chairs. It overlooks a communal garden.
Neighborhood:
The apartment is ideally located, right in the centre of Cannes. La Croisette is 4 mn walk and Le Palais des festival is less than 8 minutes walk away.
Of course, restaurants, cafés, and boutiques are all around. The white-sand beach across La Croisette is usually crowded but remains one of the most famous throughout the French Riviera.
After W.W. II, Cannes quickly became the haunt of crowned heads and billionaires, then the city of Stars, Festivals and International Conventions. Mostly famous for its International Film Festival (in May) the town regularly hosts well-known stars in its many luxury Hotels. On La Croisette, the most famous fashion brands are represented : among others Louis Vuitton, Chanel - or Hermès.
Access:
The regional center and seat of the department, Nice, is 30 minutes to the east. Here, the Nice train station is served by the high-speed TGV (the "Train Grande Vitesse," only five hours to Paris), and its international airport (Nice-Côte d'Azur) has daily flights from New York. Otherwise most international flight connections are made through Paris. With a car, you can range far and wide on day trips alone: Italy is only 1 hour away. Aix en Provence is 90 minutes distant.
