Authentic and very Spacious Mas surrounded by a large garden with a swimming pool near Saint Tropez

This spacious Mas is located near Saint Tropez, in the immediate vicinity of the village of La Mole. It faces south and can accommodate up to 15 people. The property is surrounded by a large enclosed park. A swimming pool is at disposal of the occupants. There is also a little house called a "cabanon" for 2 people. The Mas is composed of 2 living rooms, a dining room, a kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and a TV room. -Ground floor: --------------- The first living room is furnished with a sofa, 2 armchairs, a coffee table and a desk. It is equipped with a fireplace. In the second and larger living room, you will find a sofa, 3 armchairs, a coffee table, a cupboard and a chest of drawers. It is also equipped with a fireplace. A French door opens onto the terrace and garden. The dining room is separated from the 2 living rooms and has a table seating 8, a cupboard and many shelves. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all necessary utensils. It has a sink, an oven a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, 4 gas burners and 2 electric hot plates, a coffee machine and a toaster. The dining area has a table seating 6. There is a direst access to the terrace and garden. In the laundry, at the back of the kitchen, you will find a freezer, 2 washing machines, a dryer, and an ice cube machine. There is a separate toilet. Stairs give access to the first floor. -First floor: 6 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with a double bed 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined in a double bed. 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed 1 bedroom with 4 single beds Each room has its private bathroom. 4 bathrooms are equipped with a tub and 2 with a shower. Each bathroom has its private toilet except 2 that share 1. The "cabanon" can accommodate 2 people. It is composed of a room with 2 single beds, a bathroom with a shower and a washbasin, a little kitchen with a refrigerator, a sink and 2 electric hot plates. There is a Wifi Internet Access (+Ethernet connect.) but you will need to bring your laptop. Outside: There is a spacious terrace in front of the house. Two majestic Plane Trees create a very agreeable shadow and allow occupants to eat outside at any time of the day. At the back of the property, you will see some horses that belong to the owner and stay in a remote enclosed space during rentals. The Mas is surrounded by a great garden planted with lawn and trees. You have to walk about 50 meters to reach the swimming pool. It is equipped with an outside shower, several deck chairs and offers a very private environment. Neighborhood: ------------------ The Mas is located in the village of La Môle. You can find main shops and will find larger shopping spaces in Cogolin (less than 8 km away). The mythic village of Saint-Tropez is only 19 kilometers away. For the beach, you can go to Sainte Maxime and also to the famous Bay of Pampelonne at approximately 20-30 minutes drive. The magic of Saint-Tropez is still very much alive today and what makes this famous village charming is not easy to pinpoint. The Chapel Saint Anne or the Citadel dating from the late 16th century (Religious Wars) are worth a look. Not to be missed as well in the center of Saint-Tropez, the church of Notre-Dame de l'Assomption built in 1784 in a lovely Italian style. Of course Saint-Tropez also owes its reputation to its ultra-famous nightlife. Access: -By car: The closest expressway exit is Saint Maxime/Saint Tropez on the A8. Then a departmental road leads to La Môle. -By plane: The Nice international airport with daily flights from/to New York is at about 1h30 by car. The "Toulon/Hyères Airport" is approximately 40-45 minutes drive away, and has daily domestic flights from/to Paris, where most international flight connections are made through.
