The property is located in the village of La Besse sur Issole, a few kilometres north from the Maures hills and the Peninsula of Saint Tropez. The villa is behind the villa's owner but offers a total privacy and you can enjoy a private area in the garden and various terraces including a barbecue.
The layout is as follows:
On the ground floor, you will find the living room and the kitchen.
The living room is furnished with 2 sofas, a coffee table and a clothes hanger under the stairs.
It is equipped with a working fireplace and a TV.
A French door leads to a terrace and to the private garden.
The separate kitchen is equipped and has most necessary utensils. It has a sink, an oven, a refrigerator/freezer, 4 electric hot plates, a washing machine, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and a cupboard.
The dining area is in the kitchen and is composed of a rectangular table seating 6.
Stairs give access to the upper level, composed of a bedroom, a dressing room and a bathroom.
The bedroom is furnished with 2 single twin beds (that can be joined in a queen-size bed), 2 bedside tables, a chair, a little table and a wardrobe. There is an additional sleeping alcove with a single size bed to accommodate an extra guest.
Next to the bedroom, there is a dressing room equipped with a clothes hanger, a chest of drawers and a small desk.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.

The terrace has a round table seating 4 and is equipped with a barbecue.
A parking space is available in the enclosed garden. You can enjoy the private garden planted with lawn in front of the villa and with trees at the back.
Just behind the houses, you will see typical Provencal constructions in the hills called "Restanques". The "restanques" are a like stairs: several stories composed of pieces of land are separated by a stonewall. This ancestral system was used in order to allow agriculture & gardening on hilly ground.
Neighborhood:
La Besse sur Issole is a village of 2000 inhabitants. You will find all the conveniences for your everyday shopping but also 3 restaurants, a cinema and a pharmacy.
If you want to go for larger shopping or buy some food in a larger supermarket, you can go to Brignoles(15 km), Gareoult (12 km) or Rocbaron (15 km).
It is really pleasant to go for a walk on or out the path between the pines trees. You don't need to go too far to enjoy the Provencal nature as the house ideally located for that.
The Var region has lots of vineyards. The famous "Côtes de Provence" wines have made the renown of this area.
The verdon Canyon is worth a look and is a wonderful place for hikers.
The religious fervour of the middle ages led to several fortified buildings and villages being built, which are characteristic of the region. The Cistercians, for instance, built the Thoronet Abbey, in the 12th century. Pride of the Provencal Roman architecture, it has been listed historic monument.
For those you would like to go to the beach, you have the choice between the Lavandou's beaches (50 km) or the Pampelonne's beaches, near Saint Topez (60 km).

-By car: The closet expressway exit is "Brignoles" on the A8. Then a national road leads to Bess sur Issole.
-By plane: The international airport of Nice is at 115 kilometers. It offers daily flights to/from New York. Otherwise, the most international connections are made through Paris.
The national airport of Toulon Hyères is 45 kilometres away and offers daily flights to/from Paris.
