Authentic Mas from the 17th century in Beaucaire (partly A/C)

Authentic Mas from the 17th century decorated with many art objects, between a vineyard and a large garden with a swimming pool. There is air conditioning in 2 rooms.
This Mas is located near Beaucaire. It can accommodate 8 people.
The Mas is divided into 3 parts: one for the owners, one for the tenants and one for the locations. The occupants can enjoy 2 terraces and a private garden with a swimming pool and there is no vis-ą-vis with the others inhabitants.
The property is composed of a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms.
-Ground Floor:
The living room is furnished with 2 sofas, 2 armchairs, a coffee table made with an Indian massage table, a sideboard, and a bookcase. There is a decorative fireplace.
It is equipped with a TV, a DVD player and a CD player.
There is a little bathroom with a shower and a washbasin.
In the dining room, you will find a large table seating 8, a cupboard, a chest, a chest of drawers and some shelves.
A French door gives access to a terrace.
The open kitchen is equipped with all utensils and has a double sink, 2 ovens, a microwave, 6 gas burners and 2 electric hot plates, a washing machine and a coffee maker. You will also find a cupboard and a rectangular table seating 8.
The fireplace works and can be used.
A French window opens onto a larger terrace.
Behind the kitchen, there is a laundry equipped with a refrigerator and a freezer. A door gives a direct access outside.
There is a separate toilet.
A spiral staircase leads to the first floor.
-First floor:
5 bedrooms: the first bedroom has 2 single beds and a decorative fireplace. Stone stairs give a direct access to the larger terrace
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a simple bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a washbasin.
The third bedroom has a double bed
The fourth bedroom has a single bed. Stone stairs leads to the entrance door.
The fifth bedroom has a double bed and a desk
There are exposed beams in the five rooms.
3 of the 5 bedroom have Air Conditioning.
A second laundry furnished with a sink, a chest of drawers, an open closet and a clothesline.
Parking spaces are available near the Mas.
Outside:
The first terrace has a table seating 8.
The second and larger terrace is covered and has table. There is also an access to the garden.
The garden is planted with lawn and several kinds of trees: pine trees, olive trees, and mulberries.... Those trees bring some shadow and make it very pleasant to stay outside.
There is a pond with water lilies.
At the end of the garden, you can enjoy a private swimming pool. It is secured with a barrier all around. A shelter allows people to stay in the shadow. If you prefer to stay in the sun, there are several deck chairs.
Neighborhood:
The property is located in a vicinity of Beaucaire, situated on the riverside of the Rhone, one of the fourth largest rivers in France. The center of the town has beautiful pedestrian streets and used to be a famous regional market town. Of course, there are banks, restaurants, pharmacies, several supermarkets, a hypermarket (Carrefour is 3 kilometers form the villa itself), and all the shops and services you would expect from a regional hub : bars, restaurants and boutiques of souvenirs.
5 minutes drive from the Mas, you will see Roman remains.
The regional center and seat of the department, Nīmes, is 20 minutes to the west. Here you find large department stores, luxury shops, and wide pedestrian avenues through its large and lovely historical quarter.
The typical Provencal town of Arles is only 15 kilometers away and worth a look with its amphitheatre.
To the south the land flattens toward the Mediterranean and the natural reserve of La Camargue is worth the trip : flamingos, white horses, black bulls and a few mosquitoes ! With a car, you can range far and wide on day trips alone: Saint-Rémy de Provence and the Alpilles are only 30 minutes away and Avignon only 1 hour.
The French Riviera is about less than 3 hours away.
Access:
-By car: The Mas is situated less than 30 minutes drive south west from Avignon.
-By plane: The "Nīmes-Arles-Camargue Airport", 30 minutes drive away, has daily domestic flights from/to Paris, where most international flight connections are made through.
-By train: The Nīmes train station is served by the high-speed TGV (the "train grande vitesse," only three hours to Paris).
