Charming 2 bedroom two bath house in a peaceful village of South Luberon.

In the heart of the Luberon this charming two bedroom two bath stone house is located in a small village close to Grambois and Pertuis The completely refurbished house is on two levels. Ground floor ; You enter the house via a spacious living room with a large leather couch and leather armchair, a fireplace, television with multi-system VCR a stereo and CD collection. There is a dining table seating 6. The view out of the windows is onto an 18th century church and the Luberon Mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with three gas burners and one electric burner, an electric oven, refrigerator and freezer and a coffee maker. There is a round dining table. The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a tub and a toilet. At the back of this first bathroom is a laundry room with washer and dryer. Second French floor : A wooden spiral staircase gives access to the first French floor where you will find 2 large bedrooms and the second bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed with bed side tables, a wardrobe and a small chest of drawers. There is a window opening onto the quiet street and overlooking the small church and mountains. There is and en-suite bathroom with a washbasin, a shower and separate toilet. The second bedroom is also equipped with a queen size bed and has a skylight and a large French door leading onto a terrace ("tropeziene") which is not visible from below overlooks the Luberon. Both bedrooms have hard wood floors. Outside : The house is perfectly situated to explore the entire region of Provence. From the terrace you have nice views onto vineyards and mountains immediately surrounding the village. The village is a small, quiet, authentic French village in Provence In the immediate vicinity of the village where the house is located, you will find vineyards, cherry orchards and lavender fields. You will find restaurants and castles in the nearby villages of La Motte D'Aigues, Ansuis, Lourmarin, Cucuron and Grambois. Access : 70 km from Marseilles, 20 km from Pertuis, 35 km from Aix en Provence, 55 km from Avignon and 30 km from Cavaillon. You can get to Lourmarin by road or by train (TGV to Avignon or Aix). You can also fly to Avignon or Marseilles and drive from there.
