Very Beautiful Mas a few minute from Saint Remy de Provence.(7 bedroom - 7 baths).

This luxury authentic mas with garden and pool is located in a few minutes drive from Saint Remy de Provence. Your enter the property via an automated gate. It accommodates 14 people and is available for min 2 weeks rentals. The layout is as follows : Ground floor : ========== You enter the Mas through an entrance hall. The spacious living room is furnished with large sofas and armchairs. There is a wet bar with refrigerator and a working fireplace. A large window opens onto the garden Off the living room is a spacious and fully equipped eat in kitchen : Professional gas and electric stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher... There is a large dining table. There is also a amazing professional kitchen (that can be used for cooking classes) : Professional stove and appliances, American Standard Refrigerator/freezer.... An office/TV room is available with DVD player, Laptop with DSL internet access and printer. The first bedroom (and only one on this floor) is furnished with a Queen bed and has an en-suite bathroom with stall shower. There is a separate toilet and washbasin First French Floor : =============== The staircase gives access to the first floor where you will find 5 other bedrooms each with private bathrooms and windows overlooking the garden. Bedroom 1 with Queen bed (shower and toilet) Bedroom 2 with Twin beds (shower and toilet) Bedroom 3 with King bed(tub, separate shower and toilet) Bedroom 4 with King bed (shower and toilet) - Private terrace offering great views onto les Alpilles. Bedroom 5 with King bed (shower and toilet) A wooden staircase gives access to the mezzanine with 3 single beds (toilet and washbasin). On this floor you will also find a laundry room (washer, dryer, washbasin) with a door giving direct access to the garden. A separate toilet is available with a double washbasin. Outside : ======== The garden is fully enclosed, you benefit from a very private environment. An independent studio house can be found in the garden, it is equipped with a double bed with en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also a kitchenette (stereo with CD, K7 and TV). Between the professional kitchen and the small house is garden area with all kinds of aromatic plants. You will enjoy the large swimming pool with fully equipped summer kitchen and bathroom (shower and toilet) There is also a Jacuzzi as well as an extra bedroom with a single bed (ideal if you have a maid). And if you want to experience a very Provencal way of life, a boulodrome can also be found in the garden... Parking is available for various cars. Neighbourhood : ============= The property offers a very private environment, a few minutes drive from the famous village of Saint-Rémy de Provence. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants, particularly on the main street going all around the village. All commodities are nearby: groceries, bakeries, pharmacy, banks... Do not miss the local market of Saint-Rémy held on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Saint-Rémy de Provence is located just by the mountain range called 'Alpilles'. Within their surroundings, the Alpilles chain of mountains forms both a striking and a harmonious picture. It is also the landscape of famous painters such as Van Gogh, Cézanne and Matisse who came here to capture the extraordinary light and color of the region. It is also a rich agricultural area with rolling plains of fruit orchards, olives groves and all variety of Mediterranean vegetables. It is alive with the sound of chirping 'cigales' and the intoxicating aromas of multitude of wild herbs... This area is the 'Provence of the Rhone' and has a strong Roman heritage. The famous ruins of Glanum are nearby: an archeological site from the first century BC. The closest highway is the A7, exit Cavaillon, 20 minutes drive away, that goes from Lyon to Marseille with connections for all major cities of the south east of France. The closest train station is at Avignon and is served by the TGV (Train Grande Vitesse) that goes to Paris in 2 hours and 40 minutes! The closest airport is Avignon as well with daily flights to Paris. But most international connections are made through the international airports of Marseille-Marignane or Paris-Charles de Gaulle.
