Agreeable Sea Front Studio between Nice and Monaco
|
This accommodation is located below Eze Village, Southeast France (Cote d'Azur) one the costal road leading to Eze/Mer, one of the most beautiful locations on the French Riviera, between Nice and Monte Carlo.
The studio is situated in the hills above the sea, facing south with a 180º view of the Mediterranean and surrounding costal cliffs within short distance to the beach.
You access the apartment via an elevator.(2nd French floor).
The living room has two double convertible sofa-beds, a coffee table, and an armchair.
There is a round dining table seating 6 and a table bar.
There is TV with Home Theatre System (with DVD and Cassette player) and a built in closet(with iron and ironing board).
There is also a Stereo and a Computer with DSL Internet Access.
A portable Air Conditioning device is available.
From the living room you have access with a mezzanine sleeping area (double mattress).
The Open kitchen is fully equipped with 2 electric burners, electric oven, microwave oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher and a coffee maker.
The bathroom has a shower with shower device, a washbasin with mirror and a washer with separate dryer.
Toilet is separated.
Two large French doors give access to a large teak floored south exposed terrace with stunning sea view.
Some garden furniture is available.
There is a private parking space.

The apartment is on the costal road between Cap D'Ail and Eze sur Mer.
Eze/Mer area has a lot to offer :
Deep sea fishing, sail boat and coastal visit, boat rental, cruising, scuba diving snorkeling/ water and snow sky / Museum.
