4 bedroom 2 bath - Nicely refurbished Bastide - in Rognes Near Aix en Provence

This Peaceful and Spacious 4 Bedroom Bastide with swimming-pool is located in the countryside, 5mn drive from the village of Rognes, near Aix en Provence. It can accommodate up to 8 people.
It is a two floors accommodation with garden and swimming pool.
The layout is as follows :
Ground Floor :

You enter the house via a large entrance hall/living space.
This space is furnished with various armchairs. There is a working fireplace.
The comfortable lounge is composed of two double sofas, a coffee table, bookshelves and a fire place. There is a window and a French door opening onto the garden.
There is a TV (French Channel) and a stereo.
Next is the separate fully equipped eat-in-kitchen with 4 electric burners, an electric oven, a refrigerator and freezer, a microwave oven and a dishwasher.
There is a coffee maker and a toaster. A large rectangle dining table is available.From this room you have a direct access to the laundry room equipped with a washing machine.There is a separate WC.
First Floor :

Four bedrooms are available on the first French Floor
The first 2 bedrooms are furnished with a double bed with bedside tables and a chest of drawers. There is a window facing the garden.
The third bedroom is furnished with 2 single bed. There is a window opening onto the garden.
These rooms share a bathroom with a double washbasin and a tub.
The fourth bedroom has four single beds.
There is an ensuite bathroom with a wahsbasin and stall shower.
Between bedroom 1, 2 and 2 is a small dressing room.
From this floor you have access to a north exposed terrace offering nice views onto the countryside.
There is a separate toilet.

The garden is planted with trees and lawn. In the front of this typical Bastide are majestuous plane trees giving a precious shade in the summer.
You will enjoy the south exposed terraces and garden furniture. You will enjoy the spacious swimming pool (5.5M X 11M). A private parking space is available for various cars.
Neighborhood :
Sourrounded by vineyards and forest, this property is ideal for nature lovers.
It is located in the countryside of Rognes, less than 15 minutes drive from North from Aix en Provence (20 km), 50 minutes drive from Marseille.
Main shops are available in the village of Rognes.
The location is also ideal to take day trips to the French Riviera, or short trips to the Mount Sainte Victoire, famous for it's landscapes (Cezanne) . Aix is less than 15 minutes drive, you are less than an hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and a 15 minutes from the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'.
Aix en Provence is famous for its historic center but also summer festivals (classical and lyric) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (including the southern Alps).
Access :
20 km from Aix en Provence , 50 km from Marseilles.
You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix) . You can also fly through Marseille Provence Airport (15mn drive).
