Peaceful one bedroom in Gassin Marina, near Saint Tropez.

This one-bedroom apartment is located on the third French floor of a residence in "Les Marine de Gassin". It can accommodate 4 people.
The living room is furnished with a convertible sofa bed (pull out bed), a single Murphy bed and a dining table.
There is a large bay window opening onto a small terrace with garden furniture, with a nice view onto the garden, the sea and the large shared swimming pool of the residence.
The open kitchen is equipped with main necessary utensils for cooking. There is a small electric oven, four electric burners, a dishwasher, a refrigerator and a coffee maker.
The bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a built in closet. There is a window facing the courtyard.
The bathroom is all tiled and has a washbasin and a tub with shower device.
There is a separate WC.

The apartment is located in private residence.
You will enjoy the large swimming pool (shared) and all the services available at walking distance : Bars, restaurants, laundry, bakeries etc.
Parking space is available.
Neighbourhood :
Gassin is located very close to Saint Tropez, near Cogolin, a typical rural Var village, situated at the edge of the Maures Hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Set ideally between sea and country, Cogolin is a delightful village internationally famed for its unique craft industries.
It's bustling maritime activities revolve around Port Cogolin and the "Marines de Cogolin" marina equipped to welcome 1500 boats.
Beaches are nearby : the "Marines de Gassin" marina set along the coast from Port-Grimaud to Cogolin is a residential complex with shops and a pretty sandy beach.
Otherwise, the famous beaches of Pampelonne host an extravagant crowd of people. It is the daily playground of St Tropez most famous guests. You might even run into Claudia Shiffer or Elle Mc Pherson sunbathing at the Club 55 ! Those 5 kilometers of fine and golden sand was one of the main sites of the Allied Landings in 1944. Nowadays, the Beaches of Pampelonne host something like 25 internationally famous beach concessions !
Access :
The closet expressway exit is Le Muy on the A 8. Then the departmental road 25 crosses the Maures Hills and leads to Sainte-Maxime. ). The "Toulon/Hyères Airport" is approximately 40-45 minutes drive away, and has daily domestic flights from/to Paris, where most international flight connections are made through.
