Peaceful 4 bedroom villa in a 12 ha domain in the countryside of Aix en Provence. Great View onto Mo

The villa is located within short driving distance from Aix en Provence (8-10 mn). It can accommodate up to 9 people (for short term rentals only).
The layout is as follows :
You have access to the property through the north where you will find various parking spaces.
Ground floor :

Entering the house via the entrance hall you will find the spacious living space, composed of a large living room, a lounge and a library room.
The living is furnished with a sofa, armchairs, a large rectangle dining table and a round dining table.
The spacious library is furnished with 2 sofas and has a old but efficient wood stove.
From the living room a large bay window gives access to a lovely sunny terrace facing the country and offering great views onto the Mount Sainte Victoire.
Next is the large eat in separated kitchen equipped with 3gas + electric burner, an electric oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a coffee maker and a dishwasher. It has all necessary cooking utensils. There is a large dining table.
You access the bedrooms and first French floor via a small lounge.
The first bedroom is furnished with two single beds with bedside tables (+ 1 baby bed) and a desk. There is an en-suite bathroom with a washbasin, stall shower and a toilet.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, chest of drawers and a large built in closet.
A second bathroom is available on this floor it is equipped with a tub, separate shower and washbasin.
There is a separate toilet.
First floor :

2 bedrooms are available on this floor. One with a double bed and one with 3 single beds.

A Private parking space is available. The property is surrounded by one of the most enchanting landscapes around Aix-en-Provence. The private estate is shared with some neighbours but there is a lot of privacy.
There is a large swimming pool (6Mx12M).
There is an Internet Access.
Neighbourhood :
You will access to Aix en Provence in 8 to 10 mn drive.
Aix en Provence in Bouches du Rhône district, is a very typical town with an historic center.
It is famous for it's landscapes (Cezanne) . The town is less than hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'.
Aix en Provence is also famous for its summer festival (classical) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (including the southern Alps).
Access :
40 km from Marseilles, 65 km from Avignon.
You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix) . You can also fly through Marseilles Provence Airport (15mn drive).
