Peaceful 5 bedroom 2 baths Villa with swimming pool in the country-side of Ventabren - Near Aix en

This large 5 bedroom-2 bath spacious villa is located in the countryside, 3 mn drive from the village of Ventabren, near Aix en Provence. It can accommodate up to 9 people.
The layout is as follows :
Garden Level :

The lounge is furnished with sofas, armchairs and a coffee table. Next is the dining area with a dining table. There is a fireplace a TV (French Channels) and DVD player.
The separate eat-in-kitchen is fully equipped with 2 gas and 2 electric burners, an oven, a refrigerator / freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster, a dishwasher and a microwave.
At the rear of the kitchen you will find a store room.
Both the kitchen and the living room have access to the south exposed terrace and summer kitchen with BBQ and dining area.
Three bedrooms are available on the lower floor. Two of them are south exposed and one is east exposed. They all have direct view and access onto the garden.
Two of them are furnished with a double bed, one with a single.
These bedrooms share a bathroom with a double washbasin, a stall shower and a French bidet.
There is a separate toilet with washbasin.
First French Floor :

An internal staircase gives access to the second French floor where you will find 2 other bedrooms. These 2 bedrooms with double beds are south exposed and have access to a sunny terrace via sliding bay windows.
There is a bathroom with a washbasin and a tub.
Toilet is separated.
Outside :

You will enjoy the large garden with lots of pine trees and lawn, including a 5m*10m swimming pool.
Parking is available for various car. The garden is enclosed and offers lovely views onto the country.
Neighborhood :
Surrounded by forest, this property is ideal for nature lovers.
It is located in the countryside of Ventabren (west of Aix en Provence), less than 20 minutes drive from Aix en Provence (15 km), 40 minutes drive from Marseille.
Main shops are available in the village of Ventabren (a few minutes away from the villa).
The location is also ideal to take day trips to the French Riviera, or short trips to the Mount Sainte Victoire, famous for it's landscapes (Cezanne) . Aix is less very close, you are less than an hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and a 15 minutes from the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'.
Aix en Provence is famous for its historic center but also summer festivals (classical and lyric) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (including the southern Alps).
Access :
15 km from Aix en Provence , 40 km from Marseilles.
You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix) . You can also fly through Marseille Provence Airport (15mn drive).
