The apartment is located on the second walk-up French floor of a typical Aix building. It can accommodate 4 people.
The living room is furnished with a double convertible sofa bed, 2 armchairs, a coffee table and a decorative fireplace. There are also a dining table seating 4 and a bookcase.
It is equipped with a TV (French Channels) and a stereo.
The open kitchen is equipped with most necessary utensils and has a sink, a microwave, an oven, 4 electric burners, a refrigerator/freezer, washing machine, a toaster and a coffee maker.
In the bedroom, you will find a double bed, a bedside table, a chest of drawers and a closet.
There is a fan.
The bedroom and the living room are separated by the building staircase.(But you have privacy).
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a tub and a toilet.
There is a Wifi Dsl Internet Access.

You will appreciate the central location of this apartment right onto the "Hôtel de Ville" (short walking distance from the famous "Cours Mirabeau') and enjoy the peaceful life of the lovely city of Aix en Provence. All kinds of shops and restaurant are in the immediate vicinity.
Aix en Provence in Bouches du Rhône district, has a wealthy historical and artistic heritage.
The historic center hosts many private mansions and monuments. The surrounding country offers a beautiful and well-preserved countryside. It is famous for its landscapes (Cezanne).
Aix en Provence is also famous for its summer festival (classical) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (including the southern Alps). The town is less than hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'.

40 km from Marseilles, 65 km from Avignon.
You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix) . You can also fly through Marseille Provence Airport (25mn drive).
