Nice Air Conditioned One Bedroom Apartment in Antibes (East).

This one bedroom apartment is located on boulevard du Val Clare, in a recently built Residence in Antibes.
The residence has a swimming pool. There is a security access with an automatic remote control gate. The apartment is on the first French floor with elevator and faces south.
The living room is furnished with a convertible sofa bed, 2 armchairs and a coffee table. There is a dining table seating 4.
A sliding bay window leads to a terrace overlooking the garden and the swimming pool of the residence.
The separate kitchen is equipped with a sink, 4 electric hotplates, a refrigerator/freezer, a coffee maker, a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a washing machine.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. There is a built in closet and a window opening onto the garden.
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin and a stall shower.
There is a separate toilet. The apartment is fully Air Conditioned.
A private Parking space is available in the residence.

You will enjoy the shared swimming pool.
Neighbourhood:
The residence is located on the eastern part of Antibes, on the road leading to Nice, near the famous amusement park called Marineland featuring Orcas, and dolphins.
You can walk to the public beach if you want, but it is a 15 min walk. It is better to drive & you can have more choices.
There are shops within walking distance to get your necessary things, 15 min walk.
But there is a convenient FREE NAVETTE that comes every 30 minutes & stops in front of the building & takes you everywhere & to the center of Antibes & Port Vauban every day.
This apartment offers a quick access to Nice - Sophia Antipolis.
Antibes is the Riviera's second largest town. It spreads outwards from its original town fortified with ramparts. The old town is a labyrinth of narrow allies and pleasant streets in the warm honey-colored stone used to build most of its historic monuments such as Vauban's construction of the Fort Carré. The famous town of Juan les Pins, known as one of the coolest bathing resort on the Côte d'Azur, is a few kilometres to the west.
With a car, Italy is only 40-50 minutes drive away from Antibes.
Access:
Nice, the regional centre and seat of the department, is 30 minutes to the east. Here, the Nice train station is served by the high-speed TGV (the "Train Grande Vitesse," only four hours to Paris), and its international airport (Nice-Côte d'Azur) has daily flights from New York. Otherwise most international flight connections are made through Paris.
