Spacious Garden Studio in Cagnes-sur-Mer - Near Nice
|
The apartment is located on the level garden of a villa in Cagnes sur Mer.
This spacious studio can accommodate 4 people maximum (weekly rentals).
The owners live just next door in case you have any questions or problems during your stay.
You enter the apartment through a private entrance at the west of the villa leading to the studio. The apartment is on the ground floor. Parking space can be found easily on the street.
The living / dining room is furnished with a dining table and a sofa (2 pull-out beds)
There is a TV.
The open kitchen is equipped with 4 gas burners, a multifunction microwave, refrigerator with freezer and a washing machine.
The sleeping area is separated from the living space by a built in sofa (2 single pull-out beds).
It is furnished with a double bed, two nightstands with table lamps.
The tiled bathroom has a washbasin with mirror, a tub and a toilet.
Outside :
From the living room you have a direct access to a private terrace and small garden space.
Parking can be found easily on the street.
Neighbourhood :
The apartment is close to Cagnes Centre, 1.3 km from the sea.
There is a shopping centre 700 m away (Val Fleuri).
Cagnes sur Mer is located only 10 km west of Nice.(20 Min drive).
Nice, nestled amidst hills and tucked into the unrivalled setting of the "Baie des Anges", is famous for its liveliness and its dynamism. It is also, after Paris, the city that boasts the higher number of Museums in France ; among others, the Chagall Museum and the Matisse Museum. But Nice is also a real melting pot : the city has preserved numerous traces of its eventful past and the diversity of its architecture shows how numerous were the worldwide influences. Do not miss the Carnival at the very beginning of February !

1 km from Cros de Cagnes train station and 1.8km from Cagnes train station.
Quick access via A8 Motorway.
The Nice train station is served by the high-speed TGV (the "Train Grande Vitesse," only five hours from Paris). The international airport (Nice-Côte d'Azur), situated 15 minutes drive from the apartment, has been built on land reclaimed on the sea. It offers daily flights to/from New York. Otherwise most international flight connections are made through Paris. With a car, Italy is only 20-30 minutes away.
