Spacious 5 bedroom - 4 baths Villa in Marseilles (12th arrondissement - Les Caillols)

This spacious villa with garden and pool can accommodate 8 people. The layout is as follows : Ground floor : The large double living room is composed of two sofas, armchairs, a coffee table and a cupboard. There is a 2 large sliding bay window with direct access to the south exposed terrace and the garden. There is a fireplace. It is equipped with a TV and there is DSL Internet Acces. The dining area is furnished with a round dining table with matching chairs. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with 4 induction hotplates, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and a large fridge/freezer. There is a coffee maker and a toaster. There is a large rectangle dining table. From the kitchen you have a direct access to garden and the terrace. At the same level you will find an office room and a bathroom with a shower. There is a separate WC. From the corridor, you also have access to another terrace (north exposure) with a BBQ ideal for al fresco diner. The staircase gives access to four bedrooms. First French floor : The first 2 bedrooms are furnished with a single bed and give access to a south exposed terrace. The third bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds and a double pull out bed. These rooms share a bathroom with shower and toilet. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and has 2 windows opening onto the garden. There is an en-suite bathroom with a tub and separate toilet with washbasin. Lower floor : You will find a laundry room with washer and dryer as well as a bedroom/studio with a double convertible sofa bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. Garden : The garden is very agreeable, planted with flowers and trees. Some garden furniture is also available. The south exposed terrace is partly shaded. On the north exposed terrace you will find a dining table with BBQ. You will enjoy the swimming pool. A private parking space is available in the property. The garden is enclosed and has an automated gate. Neighborhood : Located in Les Caillols quarter (12th arrondissement east part of Marseille), this villa has an easy access to main shops in the vicinity (Village des Caillols) and to Marseilles town center preferably by car or by bus. There is a large shopping mall in La Valentine, just 10 mn drive away. From the villa you have direct access to the motorways. Marseilles centre is located within 15 minutes drive (8-10 km away). Access to Marseilles : Marseilles Provence International Airport (30 mn fron the center) Train : Gare Saint Charles with the high speed TGV giving access to and from Paris in 3hours ½ but also Nice, Cannes and the Alps is about 3 hours. Highways from and two all directions (East to the French Riviera, North East to the southern Alps, West to the Cote Blue and Spain, North to Lyon and Paris. Marseilles is a large Mediterranean city.
