The apartment is located on avenue Amiral de Grasse, between Avenue Thiers and Boulevard Gambetta, 10 minutes from Nice centre.
It is located on the 1st walk-up Floor with an intercom system.
The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, a dining table and a wardrobe.
There is a flat screen TV with DVD and a window opening onto the street.
The separate eat-in-kitchen is fully equipped with induction plates, an electric oven, a refrigerator / freezer, a microwave oven, a toaster and a coffee maker. There is a dining table and a window opening onto a small balcony overlooking a courtyard and garden.
The first bedroom is furnished with a double size bed (and bed side tables). There is a large built-in closet and a desk.
The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed , a desk and a wardrobe. There is window opening onto the street.
These bedrooms share a bathroom with a double washbasin and a tub. There is a washing machine.
There is a separated toilet.
Internet is available.
The apartment is on Avenue Amiral de Grasse in Nice, within short distance from Nice Train Station, it is about 10mn walk from the Promenade des Anglais.

Nice a large city of the French Riviera. This town is very attractive for tourism and the climate is one of the best in France. Very close to Monaco and the Italian border, Nice is ideally located. In about an hour drive from Nice you will have access to some skiing resorts. Nice is attractive all year long.
Nice, nestled amidst hills and tucked into the unrivaled setting of the Baie des Anges, is famous for its liveliness and its dynamism. It is also, after Paris, the city that boasts the higher number of Museums in France; among others, the Chagall Museum and the Matisse Museum. But Nice is also a real melting pot: the city has preserved numerous traces of its eventful past and the diversity of its architecture shows how numerous were the worldwide influences.
With a car, Italy is only 20-30 minutes away.
Access:
The Nice train station is served by the high-speed TGV (the "Train Grande Vitesse," only five hours from Paris). The international airport (Nice-Côte d'Azur), has been built on land reclaimed on the sea, and offers daily flights to/from New York. Otherwise most international flight connections are made through Paris.
