Located less than 10 minutes walk from Aix-en-Provence city center (Near Pigonnet and Aix en Provence Facultés on Rue de Provence), this comfortable studio can accommodate 2 people. This studio is located on the first French floor with elevator of a small residence with private parking space.
The living room is furnished with a double bed and a round dining table. There is a built-in closet.
There is a TV.
There is a sliding bay window opening onto a small terrace and overlooking the garden and parking.
The open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, two electric hotplates and a microwave oven.
The bathroom has a tub with shower device, a washbasin and a toilet. There is a washing machine.
This studio is ideal to discover Aix-en-Provence : Quiet area, a few minutes from the city. Most commodities are at a few minutes.

This studio is located at a few minutes from Aix en Provence town centre, in the southern part of the city..
Aix en Provence in Bouches du Rhône district, is a very typical town with an historic center.
It is famous for it's landscapes (Cezanne) . The town is less than hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'.
Aix en Provence is also famous for its summer festival (classical) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (including the southern Alps).
Access :
40 km from Marseilles, 65 km from Avignon.
You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix) . You can also fly through Marseille Provence Airport (15mn drive).
