Lovely 3 Bedroom - 3 Bath Villa with pool and sea view in Bandol

This 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom Villa is located is a Residential area on the Hills of Bandol overlooking the sea.
There is a gate with an automatic opening and parking spaces for cars. The private garden is about 1,000 sqm.
This spacious villa can accommodate up to 6 people
A few steps upstairs from the garden you enter the villa through a lovely terrace overlooking the swimming pool.
The living room has a fireplace and is fully furnished with two sofas, armchairs, and a coffee table. There is a large dining table.
A large sliding bay window gives access to the south exposed terrace overlooking the garden and the private pool.
Some garden furniture is available. The terrace is partly shaded.
A the back of the living room is a TV/Music/Reading room with a double sofa, and a "Meridienne" (day-bed). There is a Cable TV with foreign channels, DVD player and a large bookshelf.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with : 4 electric induction plates, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, coffee machine and toaster.
There is a convenient access to a north exposed terrace (ideally shaded in the summer) with summer kitchen.
The master bedroom faces south and opens onto the terrace.
It has a king sized bed and a chest of drawers.
There is a large and luxury en-suite bathroom with a large tub (with great view onto the garden) separated stall shower and toilet.
The second bedroom is furnished with two single pull-out beds that can be put together to make a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe. There is a direct access to the garden.
There is a bathroom with washbasin, stall shower and toilet.
The third bedroom is furnished with 2 single twin beds that can be put together to make a double bed. It opens onto the terrace.
The third bathroom has a washbasin and a tub.
There is a separate toilet with small washbasin.
There is a Wifi Internet DSL access as well as a washing machine.
IMPORTANT : Picture of Bedroom #3 and bathroom #3 will soon be released as these are currently being nicely refurbished.

You will enjoy the 2 terraces (south and north exposure) as well as the agreeable garden including a special dining area under a large pine tree overlooking the garden and offering a nice sea view.
There is a nice round shaped overflow swimming pool .
The house is ideally located only a few minutes drive from Bandol village and from the beach. It is advisable to have a car.
There is a large shopping centre less than 5 minutes away.
A great 18 holes Golf Playground is located within a very short distance (Golf De Fregate).
The town of Bandol and its harbor are nearby and offer all kind of shopping: bakeries, groceries, Provencal markets ... Of course, there are many cafés and restaurants. Bandol is actually one of the most important ports on the Var coast. Its reputation stems heavily from its wines. It's the ideal place to stay whether you taking a stroll down the famous promenade, visiting the islanders of Bendor or sampling the delights of Bandol's cuisine. The Zoo and Exotic Gardens hosts Mediterranean and tropical plants and animals including a large bird collection.
Bandol is located a few minutes drive from Cassis which is also a lovely village. If you go north, the area is also famous for its wines, and the dominant feature of the local landscape is its vineyards. About 20-30 minutes drive to the east, the city of Toulon -Prefecture of the Var since 1974- used to be a place of transit for military convoys, passengers and goods but was partially destroyed during WW II. Its geographical location attracted the navy who settled here, as well as industrial activities. Thirty minutes drive to the west, Marseilles -Prefecture of the Bouches-du-Rhône- is an amazingly lively cosmopolitan city. The Phocean city was, and still is, an important artistic and cultural focal point in the region.
Access :
It is strongly recommended to have a car, in order to discover the area.
The closest highway exit is just 3 minutes drive from the house.: exit Bandol on the A50. If you are coming by plane, the Toulon/Hyères Airport is approximately 40-45 minutes drive away, and has daily domestic flights from/to Paris, where most international flight connections are made through.
Marseille Provence airport is 70 km away.
