This original villa is located on the hill tops near a small village at the limit of Gard and Ardeche "departements"(districts). The villa is nestled on a hill overlooking a valley in the vicinity of a small village. It has been designed so that it is entirely opened onto the outside : Spectacular countryside views, garden and private swimming pool. It can accommodate 6 people maximum. You enter the villa via a large sunbathed open living space. The lounge is furnished with a large sofa, coffee table and cupboard. There is TV, DVD player and Stereo. The open kitchen is equipped with 4 Gas burners and a stove, a refrigerator and freezer, a microwave oven and a dishwasher. The dining area guarantees spectacular views onto the garden and the countryside. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. (A large dressing room is available in the corridor.) Both bedrooms have a direct access to the garden via large sliding bay windows. These bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a washbasin and stall shower. Toilet is separate. In the private garage you will find a washing machine. Outside : --------- You will enjoy the swimming pool and the garden. Various terraces have been created so that anytime you can find the best place for "fareniente". Neighborhood : ------------------ This property is ideal for nature lovers. In August and July only you will find a farmers market in the village.(a few minutes away). There is also a small restaurant. All commodities can be found in the close cities of Bessèges (6 km away). The countryside is wild and untouched. The village has a Roman Church as well as a Cattle dating from the 12th Century.Many hiking paths are available through the pine and chestnut trees forests. You will definitely need a car in order to discover this amazing South of France area. You will enjoy discovering the natural landscapes of Les Cevennes, but also the Mont Lozère. To the west, the desertscape of Causse Méjan plays host to living species that thrive in a continental climate, such as bisons or Przewalski horses. The gorges of the Tarn snake beneath its feet.
