Elegant 3 bedroom - 2 bath villa with Pool in Antibes

This 3 bedroom villa is located in a very residential area of Antibes.(East Side) You enter the villa via a large gate. The villa is on two floors. The layout is as follows. Ground floor : The Spacious living room is furnished with a large sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table. There is a large rectangle dining table. A sliding bay window leads to a terrace and to the garden including a nice covered terrace (patio). The separate and open kitchen is equipped with a sink, 3 gas burners, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator/freezer and a microwave oven. Next to the kitchen is a convenient store room. There is a separate toilet with washbasin. On the lower floor (underground) you will find a laundry room with a washing machine as well as a large space. First French Floor : All the bedrooms face south and offer nice views onto the garden. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed with bed side tables. There is a built in closet. The en-suite bathroom has a washbasin and a stall shower. Two other bedrooms are available, one with two single beds, one with a double bed. Both have a built in closet. These bedrooms share a large bathroom equipped with a double washbasin and a tub. There is separate toilet with small washbasin. Outside: A private Parking space is available in the properties for various cars. You will enjoy the private swimming pool, garden, sunny terrace and shaded terrace with garden furniture. Neighborhood: The environment is very peaceful. The villa is located on the eastern part of Antibes close the road leading to Nice, near the famous amusement park called Marineland featuring Orcas, and dolphins. You will get to Antibes Centre within a few minutes drive only and to the various beaches Antibes has to offer. This villa offers a quick access to Nice - Sophia Antipolis. Antibes is the Riviera's second largest town. It spreads outwards from its original town fortified with ramparts. The old town is a labyrinth of narrow allies and pleasant streets in the warm honey-colored stone used to build most of its historic monuments such as Vauban's construction of the Fort Carré. The famous town of Juan les Pins, known as one of the coolest bathing resort on the Côte d'Azur, is a few kilometres to the west. With a car, Italy is only 40-50 minutes drive away from Antibes. Access: Nice, the regional centre and seat of the department, is 30 minutes to the east. Here, the Nice train station is served by the high-speed TGV (the "Train Grande Vitesse," only four hours to Paris), and its international airport (Nice-Côte d'Azur) has daily flights from New York. Otherwise most international flight connections are made through Paris.
