Authentic Village house with Garden in Seillans - Upper Var.

This lovely house is furnished in provencal style. The layout is as follows :
Garden Level ========= You enter the house through a small entrance hall. The kitchen is to your right. It is equipped with 4 gas burners and an electric oven, a dishwasher and a coffee maker There is a window opening onto the peaceful street. Off the entrance is a refrigerator and freezer and a washing machine. There is a toilet with a washbasin.
The dining room is furnished with a large rectangle dining table and a built-in cupboard. There is a window and a door opening onto the lovely terrace and garden.
First French Floor ============= The living room is furnished with a sofa and armchairs. There is flat screen TV with DVD player and a fireplace. The first bedroom (also used as a library and office) is equipped with a double bed and a desk. There are 2 windows opening onto the countryside and the village.
Second French Floor =============== The second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and a chest of drawer. This bedroom has 2 windows opening onto the garden.
The large bathroom has a washbasin, a tub with shower and a toilet.
Third French and top floor ================== The last floor has two other bedrooms : One with a double bed, (view onto fields and village), one with two single beds, a table and an armchair. (overlooking the garden).This bedroom also has a DVD player.
Outside : ======= This property is very peaceful. You will enjoy the nice sunny terrace and private garden with garden furniture.
Neighborhood: ===========
The house is located in the heart of the historic village of Seillans.(close to Fayence and the Lac de Saint-Cassien.).In the village you will find a bar, a baker, a butcher a pharmacy and a little supermarket in addition to the church, the school, the post office and the town hall with a tourist office. One hotel and 4 restaurants complete the ensemble. Seillans is a mediaval village in the upper Var which has retained all its authenticity and natural beauty. The village is an ensemble of pinkisk ocher houses looking over fields, wooded heights (olive and broom trees). The houses are roofed with curved tiles worned by the centuries..
For Golf lovers, the property is located a few kilometers from the internationally acclaimed Terre Blanche Golf Club (two 18-hole courses opening in 2003). More commodities can be found in Fayence 10minutes drive away which offers a better selection of shops and Provencal market 3 times a week, bars and restaurants. Fayence is also well known for its gliding center (the top in Europe), where competitions are held ( The International Open Air Plane).
The picturesque villages of Tourettes, and Montauroux are nearby. The Verdon Canyon is worth a look and is a wonderful place for hikers. Draguignan is the capital of the Upper Var region, and forms a crossroads between the Var coastline and the Verdon region. To the south, another chain of mountains, the Maures Hills, separates the Upper Var from the Coast.
Access: =======
The coast line with its golden beaches is within easy reach including Nice (60 km), Cannes (40 km) and St Raphael (40 km). There are several ways of arriving at Seillans. The closet expressway exit is Les Adrets on the A8. Then a departmental road leads to Seillans. The "Nice-Côte d'Azur" International Airport is approximately 50 minutes drive away. It offers daily flights to/from New York. Otherwise most international flight connections are made through Paris.
