2 Bedroom village house in the village of Eguilles - near Aix en Provence

This village house is located in the heart of the historic village of Eguilles near Aix en Provence.
The layout is as follows :
Ground level :

You enter the house through a small hallway.
The living room is to your left. It is furnished with a sofa and armchairs. There is a TV with DVD Player. Next is the dining area with a large rectangle dining table and a cupboard. There is a window facing south and opening onto the village streets.
The open and separate eat-in kitchen is equipped with 2 electric and 2 gas burners and an electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker and toaster.
There is a round dining table.
There is a separate toilet.
First French floor :

The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe, a desk and a chest of drawers.
There is a TV.
The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds with bed-side tables. There is a wardrobe and a TV.
Both bedroom have a window offering nice views onto the village and the countryside.
These bedroom share a bathroom with a washbasin, stall shower and toilet.
The house has a convenient south exposure which gives a lot of light although it is in the village.

This property is located in the heart of the village of Eguilles and a few minutes drive from Aix en Provence.
Main shops (Restaurants, bakery, post office...) can be found in the village.
You have access to Aix en Provence by bus or road. It is advisable to have a car if you decide to stay in this accommodation.
Aix en Provence in Bouches du Rhône district, is a very typical town with an historic center.
It is famous for it's landscapes (Cezanne) . The town is less than hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'.
Aix en Provence is also famous for its summer festival (classical) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (Luberon, Alpilles, French Riviera including the southern Alps).

10 km west of Aix en Provence (15 mn drive)
40 km from Marseilles, 65 km from Avignon.
You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix) . You can also fly through Marseilles Provence Airport (15mn drive).
