Beautiful 3 bedroom / 2 bath apartment in Cannes Centre

This spacious apartment is located in a quiet street close to Boulevard Carnot, 5 mn drive from La Croisette, the Palais des Festivals and the beach.
It can accommodate 6 people. It is a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bath.
The layout is as follows :
You access the apartment via 2 internal lifts. (4th French Floor).
The entry hall leads straight ahead to the living room, to the right to a bedroom and to the left to 2 bedrooms and the kitchen.
The large living room is furnished with 2 sofas, several chairs, 2 footstools, a coffee table and a flat screen TV. Next to the living room is the dining area with a large dining table with 6 chairs. There is a beautiful bookshelf.
There are 3 French windows.
The separate kitchen has a sink, 4 gas burners, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator/freezer and a microwave oven.
There is a kitchen table.
The first bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a bedside table, a secrétaire and a stereo. There is a French window with a small balcony.
The second bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a sofa, two armchairs and a dressing table. It has a French window with a small balcony.
The third bedroom has a double size bed, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, an armchair, a desk and a "Meridienne" (day-bed). There is a French window with a small balcony.
The first bathroom has a washbasin and a stall shower.
The second bathroom has two washbasins, a tub and a chest of drawers.
There is a separate toilet with a washbasin and a washing machine.
Neighborhood :
Parking spaces are available in the around streets. (no private parking).
The apartment is ideally located : quiet neighborhood, view onto the harbor. La Croisette, the Palais des Festivals and the beach are 5 mn drive. You can walk to the center of town (Rue d Antibes, Croisette) in less than 20 mn.
After W.W. II, Cannes quickly became the haunt of crowned heads and billionaires, then the city of Stars, Festivals and International Conventions. Mostly famous for its International Film Festival (in May) the town regularly hosts well-known stars in its many luxury Hotels. On La Croisette, the most famous fashion brands are represented: among others Louis Vuitton, Chanel or Hermès. Of course, restaurants and boutiques are all around. The white-sand beach across La Croisette is usually crowded but remains one of the most famous throughout the French Riviera.
Access :
The regional center and seat of the department, Nice, is 30 minutes to the east. Here, the Nice train station is served by the high-speed TGV (the "Train Grande Vitesse," only five hours to Paris), and its international airport (Nice-Côte d'Azur) has daily flights from New York. Otherwise most international flight connections are made through Paris. With a car, you can range far and wide on day trips alone : Italy is only 1 hour away. Aix en Provence is 90 minutes distant.
