Wonderful summer retreat in the countryside of Aix en Provence - 4 kilometers from the City
|
This villa is located about 4 kilometers west from the famous city of Aix en Provence. There is a beautiful countryside environment. The house off approximately 200 sqm may accommodate 8/10 people. There is a swimming pool.
The whole villa is on the garden level.
The living room is fully furnished with two sofas and armchairs, a lounge table. It is equipped with a large flat screen TV and DVD player.
There is a fireplace and a sliding bay window, and a French door opening onto a the terrace and the garden. On the terrace is a large dining under the trees. There are also some deckchairs and large parasols.
The dining area has a large rectangle dining table
The separate/open kitchen has a window. It is equipped with a 5 gas burners and a stove, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and a dishwasher.
Off the kitchen is an utility/laundry room with a refrigerator and freezer.
There is a washing machine.
The first bedroom is furnished with a single bed and a double convertible sofa bed.
The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed and large bookshelves.
The third bedroom has a single mezzanine bed and a double convertible sofa bed.
These rooms share two bathrooms : One with a washbasin, shower and toilet, one with a washbasin and tub.
There is a separate toilet.
The master bedroom is on the same direct garden level, it is very spacious and opens onto the garden.
It is furnished with a queen size-bed, large bookshelves, a desk and a piano.
There is an en-suite bathroom (double washbasin and stall shower).
A DSL internet access is available.

You will enjoy the spacious garden with various terraces.
The swimming pool is very agreeable and surrounded by deck chairs. It offers a lovely nature private environment.
The property is located in the countryside, so you will definitely need a car. Otherwise, a bus called "proxibus" can be called and reserved as a taxi (but it is cheaper though). This countryside of Aix en Provence is a very residential and well-preserved area that hosts many beautiful "bastides" (typical country houses dating from the 18th Century). Aix en Provence itself has a wealthy historical and artistic heritage. The historic center hosts many private mansions and monuments. Aix also has the most important courthouse in the region. Only 5-10 minutes drive from the main road connections: the A51 (Gap-Marseilles highway) or the A8 (Aix-Nice highway). The Marseille-Provence International Airport and the TGV Mediterranean train station (Aix-Les-Miles station) are only 25-30 minutes drive away.
