Beautiful and quiet 3 bedroom/3 bathroom villa in Cabris. It can accommodate up to 7 people. The layout is as follows : You enter the villa through an entrance leading to the first French floor. In front of the entrance is a staircase leading to the living room situated on the ground floor. Ground floor : ---------------- You enter the living room by the staircase leading to the first French floor. The room is furnished with a sofa, 4 armchairs, a coffee table, a fireplace, a cupboard, a clock, a TV and a stereo. It has a large bay window opening onto the long terrace. The living room leads to the dinning area where there is a dinning table with 6 chairs, an armchair, 2 other chairs and a decorative table. It leads to the separate, fully equipped and fitted kitchen : refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, oven and coffee maker. It is very bright, has a counter and gives access to the terrace. Next to the kitchen there is a laundry as well. In front of the living room there is a corridor with many closets and a separate WC with mirror and washbasin. At the right there is an open space furnished with a desk, a chair, a bookshelf and a single bed. Then there is a hall with many closets. At the end of the corridor is the third bedroom, the landlord's one which is therefore not available. First French floor : --------------------- At the left of this entrance there is a corridor with many closets leading to the first spacious and bright bedroom. It is furnished with a queen sized bed, 2 bedside tables. It has an en-suite bathroom with a bath, a bidet and a washbasin. The bedroom has a private terrace with a beautiful view of the garden and the valley. At the right of the corridor there is a separate toilet with a washbasin. At the end of the hall is the second large bedroom furnished with a queen sized bed, 2 bedside tables, 2 armchairs, a closet and it has an en-suite bathroom where there is a shower, a washbasin with mirror, and a bidet. The bedroom has access to a private spacious terrace with a view of the garden and the pool. The house is hedged with a blossoming garden with trees, shrubs and flowers. There is a swimming pool which has an alarm and is available only for adults. The main terrace is furnished with a garden table with chairs and a bench. Next to the villa there is a separate guest house that can accommodate 2 people. Guest house : ------------------ You enter the guest house by the kitchen furnished with a table, 2 chairs, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a sink and a dishwasher. At the right is the living area where there is a table, 5 chairs, a stereo, a TV, a sofa, a cupboard. At the left there is the bathroom with a stall shower, a washbasin and a toilet. Above the living area there is a mezzanine with a double bed, a chair and a chest of drawers. Neighborhood : ------------------- Cabris is an old Provençal Village superbly perched at an altitude of 560 meters. It has a temperate weather where olive trees and palm trees still grow. It is a typical Provençal village with its castle, chapels, church, little streets. Most shops are available with short walking distance. There is a golf playground in Mouans Sartoux. Cabris has often attracted writers, from Antoine de Saint-Exupéry who spent there his child holidays at the beginning of the 20th Century to Albert Camus who went there several times during the 1950's. André Gide staid in Cabris when he came back from his trip to Egypt in 1940. Cannes is only 20 minutes away and Grasse 10 minutes. The regional center and seat of the department, Nice, is 50 minutes to the east. Here, the Nice train station is served by the high-speed TGV (the "Train Grande Vitesse", only five hours to Paris), and its international airport (Nice-Côte d'Azur) has daily flights from New York. Otherwise most international flight connections are made through Paris. With a car, you can range far and wide on day trips alone : Italy is only 1 hour away. Aix en Provence is 90 minutes distant.
