Elegant and simple 3 bedroom house with garden in Marseille - East
|
This independent house on 2 levels is located in Marseilles 10th arrondissement.
You enter the house through a small enclosed courtyard, landscaped garden and terrace.
The layout is as follows :
Ground Level :

You enter the house through a small hallway
The spacious living room has hard wood floor and nice exposed beams. It is furnished with two large sofas and a cupboard.
There is a large flat screen TV.
There is a rectangle dining table.
A large sliding bay window gives access to a nice south exposed paved terrace and garden with lawn.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with vitro ceramic hotplate, electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker and toaster. From the kitchen you have access to veranda with a small summer kitchen with electric BBQ. This space opens onto the garden.
There is separate room with washbasin, toilet and washing machine.
First French Floor :
=============
The first bedroom on this floor is furnished with a queen-sized bed with bed-side tables, an aquarium and a large built-in closet. There is a window overlooking the garden (northern part).
The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
There is a mezzanine are with two extra single mattresses.
The third bedroom has a single bed (1.20m large), a built in closet and a desk. There is also a small mezzanine area.
(bedroom #2 and 3 face the southern part of the garden).
The bathroom has a double washbasin a large a tub and a separate stall shower.
There is a separate toilet.
A DSL internet access is available.

You will enjoy the lovely paved terraces (south and north exposure) with BBQ and garden furniture.
Access :

The house is located in Marseilles East Area. You will find a large shopping mole (La Valentine) less than 10 minutes drive away.
You have a direct access to the A 50 motorway. This gives a quick access to Marseille Centre but also Aubagne, Cassis and Toulon.
Although there is a bus stop nearby, it is advisable to have a car.
There is a private parking for 2 cars in the garden.
Access to Marseilles :
Marseilles Provence International Airport (30 mn from the center)
Train : Gare Saint Charles with the high speed TGV giving access to and from Paris in 3hours ½ but also Nice, Cannes and the Alps is about 3 hours.
Highways from and two all directions (East to the French Riviera, North East to the southern Alps, West to the Cote Blue and Spain, North to Lyon and Paris.
Marseilles is a large Mediterranean city. It is famous for its 'Vieux Port', 'La Canebière', Notre Dame de la Garde Cathedral.
