Located 5 km from Aix en Provence city center, this property can accommodate upto 9 people. It is a joint-villa but offers a lot of privacy and calm. The layout is as follows : Ground Floor : ---------------- The entrance hall gives access to the patio and to 2 corridors. At the right of the entrance there is a toilet with washbasin. On the right the corridor leads to the video room, the dinning area, the living room and the separate kitchen. The video room is furnished with two sofas, two cushions, a coffee table, a TV, a DVD player, a VCR, a stereo and a telescope. A large and bright bay-window gives access to the patio. In the open dining area there is a long dining table seating 8 and a wall of closet separates form the living room. The living room, like all the other rooms, is decorated with taste in a modern style. It is furnished with two sofas, 4 armchairs, a large coffee table, a piano and a fireplace. The living room is fully opened onto the blossoming garden thanks to two large bay-windows. It offers a wonderful view on the olive trees and the large swimming pool. The separate built in and fully equipped kitchen is very modern. It is furnished with a a dishwasher, an oven, a gaz burner and 2 induction hobs, a vent-hood, a refrigerator/freezer, a coffee maker and a toaster. There is a scullery next to the kitchen where you can find the microwave and a washing machine. The kitchen leads to an agreeable covered terrace furnished with a long table seating 8. The left part of the house is composed of the 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The master bedroom is tastefully decorated and is furnished with a queen size bed, two bedside tables and a TV. It opens to the patio through a French window. There is an adjoining large dressing that leads to the separate bathroom with an Italian shower, a long mirror and two basins. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a wardrobe, 2 chairs, 2 bedside tables. There is a bathroom with an Italian shower and a basin. The bedroom has an access to the courtyard. Near the 2 groundfloor bedrooms are stairs leading to the first floor where are the 3 remaining bedrooms. First Floor : ---------------- At the left of the stairs there is a separate toilet and next to it there is a spacious shared bathroom furnished with an Italian shower, a tub and 3 basins. The first bedroom is furnished with a trundle bed and a single bed. There is a desk and a closet as well. The room has a stunning view on the garden and the pool.
