This apartment is 3rd French floor with elevator of a quiet high rise building with security system. The 1970 s Residence is built on the hills of Marseilleveyre South part of Marseilles, near les Calanques and overlooking the city of Marseilles East exposed , this 65m2 apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (weekly rental only) The entry hall leads to the living room and to the left to the bathroom and the second bedroom. The 35m2 living room a convertible sofa bed, a coffee table, an African easy chair and cupboards. There is a TV (French Channel) , DVD player and a stereo. There is large sliding bay window opening onto a small terrace with garden furniture and facing the hills and nature...even if you are in Marseilles, 3rd city of France... Off the living room is the first 10 m2 bedroom is furnished with a double bed with and a built-in closet. It is separated from the living room by a convenient sliding partition door. The separate kitchen has a sink, 4 induction plates & a stove, microwave oven, an American size refrigerator and freezer, and a dishwasher. There is a round square table. Off the kitchen is a convenient store room with a extra deep freezer and a washing machine. The second 11m2 bedroom has a single bed and a sofa. It also faces the hills. There is a piano. The bathroom has a tub with shower device and a washbasin. There is a separate WC. A DSL Internet access is available. Outside : You will enjoy the small terrace. A private garage is available. Free parking is also possible in the area. Neighborhood : Located in a large residence with various buildings in a park planted with pine trees, the apartment in the 8th arrondissement (Southern Part of Marseilles). You will find main shops within walking distance.(Shopping Centre). The Bonneveine area is close to the the sea and Mazargues. You will have a very quick access to the Marseille Callanques (especially Sormiou, a few minutes away). The apartment is about 5 minutes drive to the coast (The beach, "Plages du Prado"). This area by the sea has lots of shops and restaurants. Marseilles is the third city in France (for the number of inhabitants) after Paris and Lyon. It is famous for its large harbour but also the "Vieux Port" and la Canebière. Marseilles was founded 2600 years ago and after many years of crisis has become a very trendy place. Close to Marseille are "Les Calanques", Cassis (15km), Toulon (50km), and Aix en Provence (30km). Access : Motorways from and to Marseille in all directions. You can travel to Marseilles by TGV or fly through Marseilles Provence Airport (30km away).
