Spacious Two bedroom Aparment in Nice with stunning Views

This elegant two bedroom apartment of approximately 100 square meters is located on the fifth French floor with elevator in the "Belle Epoque" district of Nice near Russian Church. Parc Imperial This accommodation is located close to Boulevard Gambetta and walking distance from the Promenade des Anglais. The apartment offers a double exposure (Main : South-East), a terrace and a balcony. It sleeps 4 people and is available for weekly rentals or monthly rentals throughout the year. You enter the apartment through a spacious hallway, leading the living room straight ahead and to the kitchen and bedrooms to the left. (There is a large dressing room in the corridor). The living room is furnished with a large sofa, two armchairs a cupboard and a coffee table. There is a bay window opening onto a terrace with garden furniture offering amazing views onto Nice and the sea. There is a large dining table, a TV and a stereo. The first bedroom has a double size bed with nightstands and table lamps, a sofa, a small wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There is a French window opening onto a balcony (west exposed) with nice views onto the hills. The second bedroom is also furnished with a double with night stands, a chest of drawers and a TV. There is a direct access onto the terrace - stunning views. The spacious bathroom has a tub, a washbasin a French bidet. There is a separate toilet with washbasin. The separate kitchen has most cooking utensils, it is equipped with a 3 gas and 1 electric burner, a stove, a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine. There is a window opening onto the balcony (like bedroom #1). There is easy residential parking in the street. Neighborhood : The apartment is wonderfully located, near Boulevard Gambetta, walking distance from the famous Promenade des Anglais and 4 mn walk from Nice Central train station. The Russian Orthodox Church dating from 1912 is also nearby on the Boulevard du Tzarevitch : crowned by six onion-shaped cuppolas, it countains superb treasures such as icons, frescoes, and woodwork. Direct busses to Nice train station (nearby) and Nice center. There is an easy access to the historic center of Nice. Nice, nestled amidst hills and tucked into the unrivalled setting of the "Baie des Anges", is famous for its liveliness and its dynamism. It is also, after Paris, the city that boasts the higher number of Museums in France ; among others, the Chagall Museum and the Matisse Museum. But Nice is also a real melting pot: the city has preserved numerous traces of its eventful past and the diversity of its architecture shows how numerous were the worldwide influences. Access : The Nice train station is served by the high-speed TGV (the "Train Grande Vitesse," only five hours from Paris). The international airport (Nice-Côte d'Azur), situated 15 minutes drive from the apartment, has been built on land reclaimed on the sea. It offers daily flights to/from New York. Otherwise most international flight connections are made through Paris. With a car, Italy is only 20-30 minutes away.
