The house is located in a private domain on the hills in Les Adrets de l'Esterel 30 minutes from Cannes and about 15 min drive from the Lake of Saint Cassien (Var). The property offers wonderful views of the bay of Cannes and the islands. You enter the domain via a large automated security gate. The villa can accommodate 8 people. The layout is as follows: The house is composed of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, various terraces, a garden and a private swimming pool. Ground floor: ========= The living room is furnished with 2 large sofas and a coffee table. There is a working fire place. It is equipped with a satellite TV and a stereo radio/CD player. There are 4 French doors, two opening onto a lovely terrace with breathtaking views onto the Cote d'Azur, two opening onto another terrace, the garden and the swimming pool. In the dining area, you will find a large rectangular table seating 8. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has all necessary utensils. It has a sink, a large refrigerator/freezer, an oven, a microwave, 5 gas burners, dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. There is a round dining table. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has a French window opening onto the terrace. There is a bathroom with a washbasin, a stall shower and toilet. The second bedroom (Master) has a King Size bed with a built-in closet. There is a direct access onto the terrace. There is a large en-suite bathroom with washbasin, tub (with hydro-massage), separate stall shower, French Bidet and toilet. A DSL Internet Access is available. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. Stairs give to the lower floor. Lower Floor : ========= 2 more bedrooms are available on this floor. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second one has two single twin beds. Both have a window opening onto the garden. These bedrooms share a bathroom with washbasin, tub (with shower device) and toilet. Outside: The garden is fully enclosed and has an automated gate. You will appreciate the landscaped garden various terraces (the one by the pool is covered). There is a private swimming pool. Deck chairs, garden furniture and a BBQ are also available. There is a locking garage. The domain also has tennis courts Neighborhood: =========== A car is necessary. This property is ideally placed for quite stay, but also accessible are the local villages, the lake of Saint Cassien where you can go and hire peddle boats, fish and generally enjoy the freshness of the water. This area still captures the true meaning of village life in the Provencal way of living -markets in all villages on different days. You can find yourself in Cannes in about half an hour or in the mountains tasting the new wine from the grapevines of last year. A bit further and you can be in the Gorges du Verdon about an hour away, so everything is to hand. The centre of Cannes is 30 minutes drive from the villa. After W.W. II, Cannes quickly became the haunt of crowned heads and billionaires, then the city of Stars, Festivals and International Conventions. Mostly famous for its International Film Festival (in May) the town regularly hosts well-known stars in its many luxury Hotels. On La Croisette, the most famous fashion brands are represented: among others Louis Vuitton, Chanel or Hermès. Of course, restaurants and boutiques are all around. The white-sand beach across La Croisette is usually crowded but remains one of the most famous throughout the French Riviera. Access: ====== There is a quick access from and to A8 Motorway.(8-10 min Drive- Exit 39-Les Adrets de l'Esterel).
