The 2007 Tribeca Film Festival<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

The 2007 Tribeca Film Festival is taking place from April 25th to May 6th<\/strong> and includes showings of hundreds of movies at venues scattered throughout Manhattan. In the beginning, movies were generally shown just around the Tribeca<\/a> area, but as the event has grown, showings have grown to include theaters in Midtown as well as the Upper East Side<\/a> and Upper West Side<\/a>. Tickets generally are available from $14 to $18 with special multi-movie packages available on the Film Festival\u2019s website.<\/p>\n

Tribeca Apartments<\/a><\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Tribeca offers a unique mix of apartments. The neighborhood largely consists of loft buildings<\/strong> from the 1800s as well as newer buildings in the Battery Park<\/strong> area, which was developed after the original World Trade Center was built.<\/p>\n
