The French festival has become so popular that many European cities, and Toronto, have followed suit. Luckily, <strong>we have plenty of <a title=\"Apartment Rentals in Paris\" href=\"\/paris-apartment\/furnished\">Paris apartments<\/a> to welcome you home no matter what time it may be.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Starting at 7 p.m. and lasting until 7 a.m., the \u201cSleepless Night\u201d festival is an insomniac\u2019s dream. Introduced by Paris\u2019 intrepid mayor, Bertrand Delanoe, the city will open many of its cultural institutions way past most Parisians\u2019 bed times.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>A cocktail of sights and sounds will keep weary eyes open as hundreds of live performances are set to take place. Visitors will have the pleasure of pondering Mona Lisa\u2019s smile at 3 a.m. and walking through the Hotel de Ville, in the <a title=\"Tips to visit the 4th arrondissement of Paris\" href=\"\/blog\/category\/paris\/paris-travel-guide\/paris-neighborhoods\/notre-dame-hotel-ville\/\">4th arrondissement<\/a>, long after business hours.
