New York<\/a> has always been known for grand parades and the event commemorating Veteran\u2019s Day<\/strong> is another one not to miss.\u00a0 Since Veteran\u2019s Day was first celebrated in on November 18th 1919 (originally know as Armistice Day) to remember the sacrifices of World War I parades have been held.<\/p>\n In New York we have had a parade since 1929. The parade in New York<\/strong> runs up Fifth Avenue from Madison Square Park at 23rd Street north to 59th Street. If you want to take in the parade then consider an apartment in Midtown West<\/a> or an accommodation in Midtown East<\/a> for easy access.<\/p>\n New York Habitat has many apartments available in the area including (NY-12098<\/a>) near Times Square in Midtown West<\/a> and (NY-14824<\/a>) in Midtown East<\/a> near the end of parade route.
