We really like this apartment, especially the location - short walk to the tube, and many buses. We stayed here two years ago and would stay here again.

The kitchen was very well equipped with one exception - the dish drainer was old & needs to be replaced. It was very clean, the wi-if worked well, and it is very comfortable. I don't know the owner, but Rolf from Residence Apartments was helpful and gave good instructions via email.

We had him arrange a taxi from Heathrow for us and the taxi driver had the keys to the apartment. We were even able to get into the apartment early.

Thank you Marylou. I imagine you are referring to how quickly the kitchen sink drains? Although it is not brand new we did take a look and were not able to find anything wrong with it and it wasn't blocked.

We liked the apartment so much that we would rent it again. It was exceptionally clean and we had a very nice view of Red Lion Square from the living room. The location was perfect - walking distance to the British Museum & Covent Garden. Cafes and a grocery store were very close by. The tube was only 2 1/2 blocks and there were many busses in the vicinity. This was good for mu husband who walks with a cane. We took a taxi from the airport that was arranged by the management company which worked well. Fortunately for us, the apartment had not been rented that day so, we were had immediate access at 10:00 in the morning. The taxi driver introduced us to the cleaning person who was waiting for us. All in all we had a very nice stay and would highly recommend the apartment.
