This two bedroom apartment is located in the East Village on East 7th Street. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a two floor duplex apartment, each floor with their own entrance. The building is supplied with a laundry room, vending machines and even an ATM machine. In front of the building there is a courtyard with a large fountain. Tenants of the building have access to the roofdeck, from which there are views of much of the Manhattan skyline, including the Empire State Building.
The master bedroom (Bedroom 3 in the photos and floor plan) is furnished with a queen sized bed and a sofa and also has a TV with cable channels and a DVD player. The other bedroom (Bedroom 2) has a double bed, a dresser and a desk. Bedroom 2 also has access to a private terrace.
